My point was that you are ranting at the OP and boasting about being a store manager when you can't even spell or punctuate, says a lot about your people skills, not.

Seriously? The manner of posting says absolutely nothing about people skills. The two are not even remotely comparable.

Yes my netbook keyboard has .... and ''''and even ,,, but i have a life off here and not got time to check for mistakes!!

Emm and i think if you check my 1st post (oh my keyboard has numbers aswell ohh) i suggested how he could get his money back easy, he didn't realise i was been honest etc.
emm and excuse me how the hell does my typing mean i have bad people skills ?? i have been in retail for 10 years and was made manager after 3 years, yes been manager for 7 years so i must be doing something right!!

oh and did you mean interest not interset in this thread you started..slip of keyboard :Phttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1851527=

Also did you mean removable not removeable in this thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/542313=

My point is everyone makes mistakes and are not prefect all the time...right off to spend time with my daughter!

Well you do have some time if you have to go back nearly 3 years to find a couple of spelling mistakes, I am not perfect, I never said I was, but at least I can use a dictionary or spellchecker, and put coherent sentences together, yours are bordering on being unreadable without deciphering them

I posted on here, #37 with a, polite, question and a statement, you came back with attitude, one of the main points on this thread is the lack of a receipt, you cannot even spell it correctly, you posted the word several times and all of them spelled incorrectly.

I do not believe you are a manger, (unless it is a two bit family run store in a one bit village), to be a manger requires a certain level of literacy, your posts smack of illiteracy, if, (and it is a big if), you do work for a company, then I hope your reports for your bosses are mere legible than your posts on here, the longer your posts are the more difficult they are to read, just post coherently for the benefit of the readers. The letter “I” when used on it’s own should be in uppercase, sentences begin with capital letters and punctuation makes for easy reading.

Seriously? do you really think so?

Just look at and attempt to easily read her first 3 posts on this thread;-
Ripped you off ?? i said how you can solve it take the 1st bag back with the 2nd bag reciept thats of course if you didn't learn your lesson the 1st time and threw the 2nd reciept away lol

you know i am in a store manager in a big company and you know what i can guess what was said after you left shop..and from experiance not only would the staff spoke about you outburst but a lot of customers in store at the time would have said something along the lines of ahh what a idiot their is always one person who thinks hes better blah blah..its only a quid for crying out loud what you expect gold plated ??
you could have sorted it quite easy..surely you would have got a recipt for the second bag you bought..so when your down next take that reciept and broken bag back and get refund..problem sorted
mind for a pound i dont think i would have embassed myself to be honest
Answer to that question been a store manager is YES i would have refunded even though it was for 2nd bag longs i have a reciept to attach to my paperwork at end of day thats my job done and a customers problem sorted!!
i have done it myself with a computer game as they wouldnt refund even though faulty and had they sticker on i bought it again and went and took first one back with 2nd one reciept and got refund as was faulty.you got to know how to play system and working in retail i know how

what do you expect the store to do though check every single item that comes in to make sure its prefect to your standard... its not possible even i know that..shops get faulty stuff sent in but it could and would have been sorted if you kept the reciept like most customers do.

Red highlighting are spelling mistakes.
Blue have the apostrophe missing.
Bold are, well you work them out.
The letter “I”, when used alone should be uppercase.
New lines and paragraphs should begin with capital letters.

I would need to highlight/colour most of the 3 quoted posts as they are littered with a lack of commas and full stops, God help anyone who needs to speak to her in the store!

I do not profess to be the worlds best at grammar, but they are bleating on about being a store manager, but cannot string a few written sentences together in a coherent and correctly punctuated English, so what they are like at the spoken word is anyone’s guess.

Tbh, I think you have the bit between your teeth for some reason and you're just 'picking' now.

Your reasoning is making you look silly. All only imo, of course.

No, I started off with a question and a polite statement, (#37), she then got stroppy, it isn't hard to post so people can read without the need to decipher, or to spell, especially as there is spellchecker, a manager should be able to converse in the written and verbal coherently, IMO.

Me with the attitude? Read your posts before casting insults and install spellchecker. If you have the time to post then you have another few seconds to read your post before submitting it, (I believe it is called proof reading), commas are great for making readable posts.
