What does everyone think? Should I complain to head Office?

I am minded of many cases of falsehoods, trinkets and I did not do it.

Here are my thoughts on the subject
Oh dear, another did not get the absolution they preyed for and has decided to go away. I hope they do not think Freddie is at fault though, I am on a yellow for the odd spot of < Insert Scotts for Stupid Person Here > spotting in recent times.

One should note it took less than an hour in this instance

Perfect answer, moreso you could have been blatant about it, checked the 2nd rucksack in front of manageress, walked as far as the exit and done a U turn, with broken bag and receipt.:D:D

Sorry OP, but you made yourself look pretty stupid.
You DO need a receipt or proof of purchase for a replacement/refund.
  • Why do you need to tell us, twice, that her name was Malwina? Is this becuase she was maybe not of english origin and you feel that has a part to play in her treatment towards you? Or maybe, that is the reason you got so wound up by her. Maybe you'd like someone to start a facebook group about her?

However annoying it must be to have only just got the bag, it cost 1.00!!!! You could've got another without fuss when they said no exchange without receipt.

Or you could've taken 'Malwina' over to the assistant that served you to see if she did indeed remember serving you not so long ago.
