  • I was more wondering how he got all the items to the pound shop to then put in the bag. Maybe riding a bike. Who knows. But then how do you ride home with two rucksacks on? Hmm.

The rucksack I had converted to a pannier. I needed another rucksack to carry excess goods that wouldn't fit in the pannier.

I didn't think you were serious about that. I don't think they'd accept it, somehow. As you're a store manager, would you?

Answer to that question been a store manager is YES i would have refunded even though it was for 2nd bag longs i have a reciept to attach to my paperwork at end of day thats my job done and a customers problem sorted!!
i have done it myself with a computer game as they wouldnt refund even though faulty and had they sticker on i bought it again and went and took first one back with 2nd one reciept and got refund as was faulty.you got to know how to play system and working in retail i know how;)

So Poundworld should be allowed to sell goods that are faulty because they're "only a quid"? I hadn't expected "gold plated" goods, I'd expected a cheap shoddy rucksack, which is what I got. But I don't think it's unreasonable to expect it to work at least once before breaking. Even if it's "only a quid."

what do you expect the store to do though check every single item that comes in to make sure its prefect to your standard... its not possible even i know that..shops get faulty stuff sent in but it could and would have been sorted if you kept the reciept like most customers do.

Sorry, but your post is just ridiculous.

To be fair, it seems that way to me too.

    You are a store manager?

You need spellchecker and a grasp of the English language, including punctuation, your posts are extremely difficult to read!

    Still doing it I see!
Does your keyboard not have commas and full stops?

My point was that you are ranting at the OP and boasting about being a store manager when you can't even spell or punctuate, says a lot about your people skills, not.
A lot of threads go off subject, ( correctly spelled here).
