I dont think a few days for them to sort something out is too slow. When I had a prize cancelled by the Sunday Express they told me then and there it was just tough luck lol

wow £20 increase...result- NOT. I'd put in a complaint at the end of the day they told you that you had won then they took your prize away, it is not your fault that they told two people they had won. you can put a complaint in via the following link if you wish to do so:

Well i came here to post asbout the call i recieved from zavvi this afternoon (been out since) only to find that (for once:D) zavvi have been quick of the mark and informed about it themselves.
Needless to say they have left out the bit where i politley refused their drisory offer and the fact i also mentioned i would take it to the ipm.
A public apology is all well and good but they didnt half take their time And also i feel a public admission of their guilt may well count for me in future dealings trying to get a more substantial offer. all i want is the telly really:rotfl:
