update---- zavii did call..... then my phone went all f;d up and she couldnt hear me arghhhhh took me half hour to fix it grrrrrr. before she hung up tho she did say she would contact me by email, call was half hour ago still waiting for email tho so still no clearer yet, but hey at least they called

oh no this is not at all straightforward is it!! cant wait to see what they will offer Gary....have supported on facebook...i shall not be ever ordering off them!!!!

will do , sorry hadnt updated earlier but was out at jjb this morning taking full advantage of their 75% off sale, needed to cheer myself with some retail therapy(which isnt just for you women you know):D

update again- so after waiting for them to recontact me after the messy call today(my fault my phone dodgy) still had no contact, waited till 2pm thought right of to phone box(thank god for saynotoo870) got through to find out manager dealing with it at CS has gone for the day(hmmmm) and also marketing team not in now too(hmmm) and will be monday before i hear anything, apparently this ams call was just to say they are thouroughly looking into it so didnt miss much apart from the promised followup email to explain this. Zavvi i believe really need to sort out their internal and external communications problems as they dont exactly act fgast on things do they!
