    HI

Ive had it happen to me before. I received a letter saying i had won a main prize in a comp, but it turns out i was only a runner up and the letter was sent in error. They compensated me by throwing in a few extra prizes.
I suppose mistakes do happen, and although a dissapointment, at least they have compesated you slightly.
Fingers crossed you have a big win soon

true but a £30 comp is slightly diff to a near 1000 pound prize.

Can you not send a cheeky message back and say its a poor compensation for the £1000 prize you were led to believe you had won? Its got to be worth a shot! You never know they might reward you with something better than £30! Keep us updated
  • I'd be devestated being led to believe I'd won all that then being offered a £30 Zavvi voucher is like a kick up the bum! I don't know what to suggest but I'd be pretty annoyed too. Hope u sort something out and get lots of big wins to make up for this. xx

Agreed - mistakes are made but £30 is a bit of a slap in the face :o

I would kick up a fuss and hope they dig a bit deeper.:D
