I agree they are in the wrong. If the prize had been for £10,000 cash and you had decided to buy a few things on your credit card with the intention of paying it off with the winnings what would happen then if the competition providers said oops we maid a mistake here's £100 for your convinience?

a £30 voucher instead of a near £1000 win is a big difference and as of yet need to find out the circumstances from them as to why i was sent the winning email ie was i original winner then it was withdrawn and given to someone else or was i an alternative winner as original hadnt replied. either way an email that states i have won should be honoured.My poor 15 yr old daughter broke her wrist i 5:eek: places tonight poor little mite was screaming in agony, all casted temp now and fingers crossed no surgery needed to fix.

i hope you get it sorted asap and maybe get a little extra compensation or something must be highly annoying/upsetting for you so i really hope it gets sorted. i do agree with penny in a way too that mistakes happen but i can see why you would want thee prize/better compo.
