Added my two pennyworth on Facebook - like another poster, I noted they are offering you Zavvi vouchers which you have to spend with them - not something you are likely to want to do, I would have thought;)

I think it is disgusting how they are treating this, can I suggest that you do as many screen grabs as possible to back up when you received the e-mail, when you replied and a screen grab of the other "winner" saying when she replied etc. It might just come in useful

Nasty thing to happen, hope you get something better than that miserly thirty quid.
Realistically though, I bet their T&C cover their incompetent !!!!!! nicely in this.
I am just going to pop over to their FB and have a go at worrying them and probably getting myself blocked lol

It's a real shame.
I had a letter sent to me over 20 years ago from Rowantree Macintosh (Kit Kat) informing me I had won 14 nights in Barbados, telling me to phone the Thomas Cook number provided.
I phoned them only to find it was for 7 nights. Still good I thought. But then they told me to phone Rowantree Macintosh and point out thier error, which I did. "We are sorry you and everyone else who won this week, was sent the wrong details!" "However, we are going to honour the letter and let you have the 14 nights due it being our error." WOW, I couldn't believe my luck.
I hope you and us can convince them to honour thier email.
