i dont think there is a maximum number of coupons that they will accept, so long as they are all accompanied with their receipts and still in date and that the total value of the vouchers dont exceed the price of your new basket then there shouldnt be a problem :-)

unhappyshopper - have you found which specific item(s) the discrepancy is over? You can get an item by item breakdown of how they arrived at your voucher value from the asda website.

I had problems with Go-ahead Yoghurt Breaks, they are BOGOF in Tesco. But, APG disregards this promotion and says that they compare almost equal even though I bought 2 of the same type.

well if you are sure that the bogof was already in place on the day that you bought them, then i'd either write andf complain, or it might just be easier (and certainly more chance of a successful outcome) to just go see asda customer services in store, explain, and say you want to return the products and get a refund.

It seems some mistakes are in the customer's favour with Asda! Did my latest reciept and came back as a voucher for £3.47. Thought this was so high so checked the comparison and Asda have overpriced themsleves by not taking into account their promotion! I bought 4 things that were 2 for £2, price is £1.38 each, the latter is showing on compare. Same offer at Tesco.
Came to £4 when I shopped lol.

Just tried the price comparison for the first time. We spent just over £60 in Asda. The price guarantee site offered us a 7p voucher which I won't be bothering with, but when I looked at the details it compared £14 worth of shopping!

Is it always this bad? We didn't buy anything unusual that can't be found in the other supermarkets.

No it isn't always that bad. I just did one on £40 worth of shopping which was 13p more expensive in Tesco and got a £3 voucher. About 2/3 items were comparable.

I have used both and I have always got a voucher back from Asda even though they have been cheaper to cover the 10%.

Although these may all be marketing tactics I feel Asda is cheaper for everything without the voucher.

When we fill our usual trolley its normally around £140 instead of around £170 in tesco...

Plus tesco service is poor and the clubcard rewards values have been reduced...

Anyone else Asda fruit and vegs goes off faster? I think they freeze it or something seems to last about 2 days tops...

It varies. My latest bugbear is that the loose carrots are always wet from 'sweating' in the big plastic bags. I dry them off before storing them but they don't last long. Caulis have been very small and seedy lately (I haven't bought any) and a friend bought 2 melons which went off in a couple of days.

Anyhow, if you listen to the news today we won't be buying veg for much longer!

I agree with you, I don't think it lasts. I stopped buying fruit and veg from Asda, I know get mine from Morrisons. It seems much better quality and lasts a lot longer.

I went to asda yesterday, put in my receipt today and only got 1.63 back.

This is because i bought a go head product at 50 p in the reduced section and so made them look competitive. Had I bought it full price it would have been double the amount.

I did phone them up and got nowwhere. The next time i buy reduced i am going to get a seperate bill just in case.

I have learnt my lesson. Asda why waste money on adverts then let customers down
