    :hello:

Thank you for your messages re my SIL. I don't know what I've done for her to hate me. She is the same with my other siblings and my mum too. We are a close family whereas she never had that with her parents.

Either that or I wore the 'wrong' colour outfit at their wedding several years ago. They gave us 2 months notice and I bought a very cheap but nice outfit. 1 month before the wedding she says she's wearing a pale pink wedding dress and that nobody should wear pink at her wedding. I reply saying sorry but I already bought my outfit and that it's pink. She was not happy. I was a single parent on income support at the time so I was not going to buy something else.

My hen night was great! Lots of friends, family and booze. Oh and SIL wasn't there :D :rotfl:

I nearly had a panic this weekend when we realised there's a biggish bill still to pay which we thought had been sorted
Not really nervous yet. Had final hair trial tonight and finally got that sorted!
Going to try Cosmo's tips for the week leading up to the wedding and hope nothing goes wrong

ooo good luck for those with nuptials this weekend :j

    Getting stressed by the second.

patio area was dug out over a week ago, and aggregate (sp) will be here tomorrow to start the building up to put patio on.

OH has really pushed me to bridzilla mode these past few days, whilst there are jobs in the home that need doing, finishing the shower door that has been waiting for at least a year i joke ye not, to putting shelves up in the bathroom, he digs a pond... because, he wants one, it's not needed in time for the wedding but he wanted one and made one, and sod all those little jobs that would of reduced my stress levels.

At least the jobs i have that needed to be done were safety things and finishing off started jobs that should (could) be done before the wedding,

Roll on Friday its the hen weekend, i seriously need to de stress this is making me ill.

He 'finished' the pond last night and promised that was it and said he would do the jobs that needed doing then spent the next 2 hours staring at his pond. I say his pond and he may have made it for us both to look nice in the garden, but all it has done has peed me off while i desperately needed jobs done,

small jobs, bottom of the loo, builders should of tidied it up with a bit of sealant, they didn't and given up asking builders to do anything now, so OH said he would do it (this was over a year ago) i got the sealant and a gun this was ignored until last night and i swear he bodged it on purpose,

Aggghhhh i do need to get away

4 days! I'm actually quite glad I'm working up until Friday - work is less stressful and other people can do the running!

Weathers not looking great but not bad either.

Starting to get quite anxious now... 2 weeks 6 days to go. I can't imagine how you weekenders feel!
Had our pre-wedding shoot this weekend. The photographer was ace and really put us at ease. I think he'll do a great job on the day :)

Had a few people being difficult about various things but 3 of my 4 bridesmaids are being brill at the moment and asking what they can do to help, being really supportive etc.

All we really have left to do is:
Sorting out the playlist (putting it in order)
    Get me some shoes :O
    Bit more honeymoon shopping
    Organising things for the day
Place settings and interesting facts about people

And that's about it (I think!).

Oh we also had a telephone meeting with the registrar (we live far from the venue) and she was so sweet :)

Best of luck to all those marrying this weekend! May the weather be glorious for you and have a brilliant time :)

Thank you Rahven! I think I felt most anxious at 1-2 weeks before, now I could just burst with excitement! Everything is organised and just errands to run now.

    Glad you enjoyed your shoot.

Had a lovely email from our photographer yesterday, they are turning up 2 hours earlier than planned :)

Hi everyone, ive been a stranger for a while now, and just thought i'd pop in as your all very close to your big days now and wish you all the very best.

We had a lot of problems with things being double booked and places not holding to what they agreed so unfortunitly have had to postpone.
Not all bad news though we've just not set another date as yet but its on the cards for next year hopefully. x

I hope you all have wounderful days and you all enjoy your married lives xxx

Oh my goodness, I feel so nervous!

OH (practically my husband!) picked up the rings today and we visited and finalised stuff with the photographer.

    Things to do;
    - Burn music onto CDs
    - Cut our place names
    - Pick up suits (tomorrow)
    - Pick up dress (Thursday)
    - Colour hair (Friday)
    - Get nails done (Saturday)
    - Quick hair trim (Saturday)
    - Travel to venue (Sunday)
    - Sort balloons out etc (Mum, gran, H2B, BW etc on Monday morning)

    And breathe!
Planned our wedding, still planning lessons
