There was a speedcamera parked up just inside the 30 limit where the speed drops from NSL yesterday, there was no way anyone could not know it was there as every car coming the other way was flashing their lights. Perhaps the plod are missing a trick, nicking the flashers might be worth more than the speeding fines.Nothing to see here, move along.0

^^ They couldn't do that without convincing the sheeple that "Flashing Kills!" as much as speeding....“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

It depends on how you argue the case as if he saw lots of friends on the way home he flashed to say hello to hem all he needed was a witness or two.
Puts flame suite on for protection due to the righteous members on here with flamethrowers?
Tell us what flashing of headlights mean and it's not hello.0 -

As for flashing his headlights - this is something of a red herring. He was not prosecuted for flashing his headlights (which in any event would results in a non-endorsable fixed penalty). He was prosecuted for obstructing a police officer.
That's exactly the way I see it, UI think the real mistake he made was not using a legal professional.:( Sad that you should have to do under those circs but as said PC plod doesn't want his conviction rate reducing even if it slows drivers down:AI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
