Having had some time to ponder this "incident" and having seen the guy speaking on video im now in two minds.
The guy clearly took it upon himself to attempt to regulate the speed of other drivers, now was he doing this to assist other drivers OR was he playing the "plastic policeman"?
We all know how some people like to drive in a manner which forces their own version of the law onto other motorists. They drive slowly in lane 3, they straddle lanes at road merges, they flash their lights and toot their horns at anyone who overtakes them.
If he was trying to play the "plastic policeman", then I actually have no sympathy.... People should NOT be taking the law into their own hands!“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

So you prefer it that non-speeding bad drivers go scot-free?

reference to the boy racer post above.
its the courts that decied on the sentence to give to somebody. not the police. the police only charge the accused and write the report which goes to the court.
Police dont jail people, they do that themselfs by being stupid.
