    Yippeeee i've done it ! £1531.93/£1500

Just under £5 from Fatcheese transferred along with £105 from the current account as I have enough in there to last the month. Really chuffed to have done it a without needing to use any of next months money. All the little things have certainly added up, as has using up leftovers, batch cooking etc and being more thrifty in the supermarkets.

I still have little bits to come aswell, £2.73 from Thincheese, £2.56 from Topcashback, £1.71 from Ecasher and whatever Speedcashback is next week. Also about £9 in Paypal once my p!nec0ne £3 goes in. I almost have £10 in 20p's and £5 in 10p's which I hope to bank next weekend aswell. So potentially another £30 or so.

Will post again in April I guess, when i've worked out another goal to aim for as i've enjoyed keeping a track of things on here, but in the meantime i'll pop back regularly just to see how everyone else is getting on ;)

Well done Linz that is great news. Gives me an incentive to achieve too. £50 today! I agree with the keep on popping in as well, I often do to see how everyone is doing, even if I am not posting a saving. Can any clever person add up a monthly saved total? I cant nominate me as I am number blind and daft into the bargain.

£ pension in, so £120 to savings. I am putting in everything I can, so if I need to use it in an emergency, it may go back down. No, Boots' special offers dont count

Hi there - end of another month and another payday. Put away £100 into my savings account today and that now makes a total of £400 saved since the beginning of the year - another £2100 to go till the end of the year and my £2500 target. I have to get my car serviced next week so cannot put as much away as I would like. Not long now till I can start the car boot sales selling my plants - got loads coming on now in the greenhouse and garden, so hope I can make quite a bit of cash if I do a car boot each weekend over the Summer months. Will post again at the end of April.

£300 from me yesterday, but I didn't post it as I was soooo tired. Had taken DD to Preston Hospital to see surgeon about her back, she needs an op on it so just came back and crashed.
