I wondered why Tesco haven't (yet!) made the national news for Banning people from Stores and for the conduct (GROSS MIS!) of some of their CS advisors?
Anyone who's been banned, why haven't you taken it to the press?
I have a feeling it's only matter of time until someone does... Thoughts please...I see a new series of BBC WATCHDOG is about to start!?!?!?!0 -

I haven't been banned but would think twice about doing this. With a picture in the paper/on the TV, you are going to be on Customer Services/Security Most Wanted list and won't get a foot in the door of any Tesco store for any more R&Rs :eek:0 -
Hi all just been to tesco and bought a Nokia 6111 with my £40 pounds of shopping and the discount did not come off.
Cs tried to fob me off by putting all my shopping through again applying the discount i refused and told them i will contact head office.
What should i day to HO tomorrow and do you think they will agree with me?
Thanks

Visited a store yesterday, the "Moet Champagne and 2 Champagne Flute" gift set (usually £15 and sits precisely next door to the £20/18 Champagne and Chocolate gift set we all know about), had NO SEL at all .... I wonder whether there was a misprice related reason behind this.... Has anybody had any experience of this yet?

box price 15.000 -
hi,
i posted yesterday re phone i done everything that you said and it did not work the girl took the discount off at the till i just made my excuses when i went to collect the phone and they refunded it straight away but i still have not got a phone, have i just been unlucky or are all cs aware of it now
thanks boots10 -
Like I said, the box in front had the £18 bit ripped off of it (really proffessional looking) but the one behind didnt, I thought afterwards I should have had a closer look on the box, There surely must be something on there refering to what it contains, on the bottom of the box or something, or a barcode?
I've tried soooo hard to get these champagne sets at both my local stores. One of them puts them onto the shelf minus the outer boxes, and the other one displays them in the boxes but the £18 barely shows as it's printed on the box in the wrong position (it's just under the front crease  ) - like it's teasing me.... there's no way I could argue with CS that I can see that price. I will keep checking in case any new stock appears though.... but as I have had quite a good look at the underneath of the box, I'm pretty sure there is no barcode or anything to particularly link it with the product.0 -
Dreadful night sleep.
Kept hearing the phrase "I want an R&R" - but in the dream it was ME saying it.
I don't think I could even bear to look at a sel today. I have to go and do some essential shopping - but I think I may go to Asda. If I walk thru the doors at Tesco I will have to make a sharp exit for the loos to be sick.:silenced:
I have been on the hunt for the champers and choccies for weeks, but even the dim hope of success may not be enough to tempt me.
I am now seriously off schedule for Christmas. I could be doing all my shopping on-line from now on.
Oh woe is me !_pale_
If anybody sees any decent Sherry on offer, let me know, I'm too old for vintage cooking sherry me thinks0 -

I think you're taking this a bit too seriously. Let's face it, what happened would have done so whether you were there or not. And don't assume that this site is the only place where the phrase "R&R" is used - it's pretty universal and only a small percentage of R&Rers use this forum.
Calm down, think about yourself, and make sure you're sorted for Christmas :beer:Can I help?0
