I was in my local tesco trying to get my first R&R and was after a xbox360 game, after taking 3 games to the scanner and returning, within 30 seconds a tesco emplyee had arrived and was watching me whilst picking up random 360 games.
I thought I would play along with it and picked a game up and then we made eyecontact then i put it down and walked off down the ilse and then she went!!
Must have CCTV on the scanners!

    Hi,
I have just been to my local Tesco to pick some Christmas presents and was no label at the lower price and I have no proof. What can I do?

Proof? The CS staff admitted it?

2p or not 2p you were overcharged.. I got a 360 game in my local 39.99 when the SEL had 37.99. The CS lass took out a calculator to work out my refund.. When I pointed out the policy (politely) she checked with the duty manager, apologised and gave me a credit..

persist... read old posts .. be firm but stay polite ask them to escalate to HO
