i certainly knew what you meant the first time.
what surprises me is the extent to which these xbox games are still being snapped up, like 5 days or so after the original postings about the misprices.
This gives me hope! I can see some Tesco Tours coming on the next time this happens. Book a few days off work and go for it :rotfl:

By the way, MP, there are data protection issues in what you're suggesting. I really wouldn't advise a store to do any such thing, as they could find themselves in breach of the DPA. I mean, we wouldn't want stores adding to the list of laws they are breaking, would we?

I actually work in asda! Used to be tesco employee.

Saw the dance 2007 cd on monday, told my non mse friend, she wasnt interested.

I wasnt goin to r&r it cos i save my r &r's for the biggies being the only Tesco I can get to without going on a boat, thats far away, in other words, so dont wanna spoil it.

Anyway, that was Monday, Wednesday..still there, tempted, in the end got it Thursdat.

Told cs i saw it Monday and didnt get it because it was the same lady that gave me my xbox360, I knew she knew me.

Anyway, went today, same cs, cd still same sel, tempted to buy 10 of them for pressies for xmas, but no, just got one, went to cs, said...' saw it there and pleased the price was right, sure it was because I bought it other day and was overcharged, I cant scan it because the security lock is in the way.

I assumed MUST be correct because sel still there and Ive been overcharged AGAIN!

She said no prob, full r&r and that was that. She didnt even check the sel and whats my guessing it's still there tomorrow!

This is where the 66mill a year comes from in overcharges...they just dont and cant be bothered with the little ones, a pound, ok, but how many pounds this week on that cd thats still there??


Edit ...meant to say what i mean is..dont feel guilty because you take one of these cos they dont care they take the ones inbetween from the customer! rant over!

The store I work in has very few pricing errors.For which we are proud. To call me imcompetant when you do not even know me and probably don't even shop in the store I work I feel is very rude. Reading your quotes you look a very rude person. If you came that attitude in my store we would do our upmost to make sure you did'nt get a refund. At the end of the day we are not trying to trick you out of money and all we will give r&r with no problems.

When you get an r&r & the CS person asks you to write you're name, address & full postcode do you give them the right information?

I wrote half of my postcode on the receipt today & was told it had to be the full postcode. I didn't give my real name or door number as i don't like them knowing my details like that.
