On the subject of the witch at copdock, if she didnt have a name badge on, make sure you point that out when complaining about her!

She wasnt wearing a name badge when she "served" my OH, when we were refused the R&R because of the stupid 1 item bulk buy policy, my OH asked her name and she sneered (very rudely) "I dont have to give YOU my name!"

So if anyone else has any problems with the witch, ask her for her name, its guaranteed to wind her up, and also good ammo for the complaint!
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

Edit......and is that, "Used to be TescoEmployee" or a Tesco Employee

TescoEmployee (for all the newbies) was also a Troll.

Oh dear looks like Tesco trying to crawl away from their own overcharging yet again! They know better than anyone they have made a fool of you as the meat / fish is regularly R&R due to prices per kg being labelled less than the price being charged at the till but hey they still try it on, eh? Shame on you Tesco!

Approximate price Mr T - yeh right, you wish the law would let you do that!
BTW, What else would you like the law to allow you to do, huh Tesco? The incidents & lies your own "customer's" have on this site means that many Tesco staff are way out of line.

OP say, that you realise Tesco are trying to fob you off and attempting to crawl away from their own lousy mistakes but denying you have been overcharged is not going to mean that you haven't been - so accept responsibility & take the shame - it is simple!
  • Evening all, just got back from a lovely weekend away and decided to catch up with this thread!!!! Didn't realise it would take me so long was about to ask everyone to stop posting so I could catch up!!!!
Anyhoo, would someone be so kind and answer a question for me? Been corresponding with customer service over an issue I had with nasty man in Tesco and me being black affronted in the middle of busy store. They sent me a reply today and invited me to reply if there was anything inaccurate about what they said, so as it was very innacurate I e-mailed back but mail was bounced back, saying "This system has been configured to reject your mail" does this mean they have blocked my e-mail address?
The 2 e-mails I have sent have been polite and not asking for anything other than an apology so cannot fathom why they would block my address. Anyone got any idea. Course it could be I have done something stupid being a technophobe.
