On the subject of the witch at copdock, if she didnt have a name badge on, make sure you point that out when complaining about her!

She wasnt wearing a name badge when she "served" my OH, when we were refused the R&R because of the stupid 1 item bulk buy policy, my OH asked her name and she sneered (very rudely) "I dont have to give YOU my name!"

So if anyone else has any problems with the witch, ask her for her name, its guaranteed to wind her up, and also good ammo for the complaint!

will do as i will be complaining tomorrow!!

Too many lines together too much for you, sorry.

Educated at a grammar school, but wouldn't want to confuse you because MY paragraphs wern't good enough for you to understand.

Hope this is better for you.

Many thanks for your red cross, I didn't receive many in my ecucation, glad you weren't my teacher.

Hi K60sav....please dont be offended by this, but I also found your original post very difficult to read.....Without using sentences and paragraphs it is hard to digest....

I was told about this when I first started posting...I now get "wrong" for editting my posts.....(Que)

Please take this as constructive criticism, as it isnt meant to hurt.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Evening all, just got back from a lovely weekend away and decided to catch up with this thread!!!! Didn't realise it would take me so long was about to ask everyone to stop posting so I could catch up!!!!
Anyhoo, would someone be so kind and answer a question for me? Been corresponding with customer service over an issue I had with nasty man in Tesco and me being black affronted in the middle of busy store. They sent me a reply today and invited me to reply if there was anything inaccurate about what they said, so as it was very innacurate I e-mailed back but mail was bounced back, saying "This system has been configured to reject your mail" does this mean they have blocked my e-mail address?
The 2 e-mails I have sent have been polite and not asking for anything other than an apology so cannot fathom why they would block my address. Anyone got any idea. Course it could be I have done something stupid being a technophobe.

Which email address are you trying to reply to? Give CS a call and ask them for an appropriate email address to respond to.
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

    It's "grammar"... ;)

I Hate People Who Always Capitalise The First Letter Of Every Single Word They Post. It Just Annoys Me So Very, Very Much. It Must Take A Lot Longer To Type When Capitalising The First Letter Of Every Single Word. I Have No Idea Why People Do It.

This is a forum. As such, grammar, spelling, syntax and punctuation are not important as long as the meaning is clear. Lighten up, people. :D

I was, a simple pm would have sorted it out instead of a humiliating stupid point made.
same as a child in class, a step to the side instead of out loud in class.
take it as you like, im 38, doesnt bother me, ,my post was there to help many, what was your post there for?

she said sel only approximate price you pay ringing head office tomorrow. what should i say as they will only try and fob me off.

    He-He

They'll waffle on trying to confuse you with talk of every piece of fish being a different weight hence they can't have a sel for each individual one hence the SEL is therefore only a guide, the price you pay is the price on the pack.

Don't believe a word of it. They are legally bound by the SEL £/Kg and they know it.

    Don't let them off the hook ! :T ( Fish / Hook .... get it ! )

Can't believe Tescos were stupid enough to put this up on written signs in some stores but they did.

    /sigh
