Someone explain what 'Frequent' is being defined as on here

You should have noticed by Frequent's posts that his user name has become synonymous with the term Casanona. This has a lot to do with not just being satisfied with R&R of the product, he believes that the retain also applies to the CS lady, (well some of them anyway) and he clearly has a good chat up line.

R&Rers need to take precautions, the 10 golden rules are at:

However some R&Rers need to take more precautions than others!!!!!!!:D

can they find out who i actually am with my debit card details? aww i wish i gave them my real address and name, but i was so panicking then...

It's possible to find out if a card is registered to a specific name and address but not find out a name and address from card details. This is usually used to combat card fraud, I doubt Tesco would do this. Even if they did you haven't done anything illegal.

The worst that could happen is they'd send a cheque to the address you gave, but I think they usually give the money to you in person AFAIK.

I got a cheque sent out to me, good job I gave the right name (gave them my mums address so I still got the cheque)

If you use a credit/debit card you should NEVER give the wrong name, doesnt matter about the address but if you have a CS person thats on the ball and spots the wrong name you will be suspected of credit card fraud (rightly so IMO)
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
Bought some Tesco Finest sausages the other day, all SELs at £2.09. I was charged £2.12.

    Long Eaton?

I was in there on my way back up north after being to London for a couple of days, and I assume it was you.

Well done, but I feel sorry for the next poor bu*ger who tries to RnR in there:rotfl:

Yep. that poor bu*ger was me.

Tried to R&R a Xbox 360 and the women (probably the same one) admitted her mistake and offered to refund the game. I persisted to get the whole thing refunded but she was having none of it and told us to ring head office.

I dont think head office are going to cave aswell.

I give up. I saw loads of wrong prices today but every one of them went through the till at the right price and not what the item sticker said. My local store must be on the ball I think. I saw an xbox game too but couldn't face trying it in case it was right again and I had to get it refunded.

Where's the best [STRIKE]Tesco to stalk[/STRIKE] place to go on holiday for a long weekend?

Hi there, is there any special procedure for returning an item which I have had an r&r on? Has anyone any experience and advice? I have the marked reciept and the box is unopened.
    Thanks in advance.

Why are you returning it? I doubt they'd give you a refund as technically they already have?

Today, in a Cambridgeshire store, I got Now Dance 2007 SEL £13.97 charged £14.97. Last week, I managed to get the breadmaker, the week before the mp3 player, various books and games for PSP/ DS / Gameboy which have already been listed in the misprice thread. I wasn't interested in the XBoxes :) But good luck to anyone who manages to get one :)
