for something super-quick and easy, I'd cook up some onions, mushrooms, pesto and cream-cheese. You can always trade the pesto for tomato.0

Ok I'm fancying pasta for supper. I've got the following
pasta
blue brie (deffo needs using soon)
Black Forest ham
Fresh basil
Garlic
A lemon
Milk
Mustard - grainy and Dijon
the usual other dried herbs and spices
Any ideas to make a nice sauce out of any of these? I''m useless at coming up with things like this.0 -
I would use all of it apart from the lemon.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

No - just looking at my options for weight loss currently - I've got too much food of the wrong sort to use up before I start low carbing. If that's what I decide to do. Not made up my mind yet.0 -

Actually yes, it would be nice all together - I could melt the cheese with a few drops of milk to make a runnier sauce, put some mustard in that and add the ham.
Yum!!
I'll save the lemon for putting in some vodka later..:rotfl:0 -
Just another quick question. Should I fry off some garlic and then add the cheese/milk/mustard to that to cook through? Then add the ham?0
