I have also emailed Karen. I have said that I would be happy with a useful voucher or a refund of my subscription charges. Good luck to us all.

I booked this over the phone and I specifically asked if I woudl get the chocolates as tshi was teh amin reason I was subscribing (otherwise wodul have used Tesco vouchers). She said that if in the wording in the magazine it did not say 'subject to avaialbility' then we would be guranteed the gift. As I could not see this in the advert I went ahead. I still have not had my chocolates but have not had a chance to call up yet. But this maybe a loophole we can use. Godd luck everybody with your complaining!

My sister did a print out at the end of her order and there was nothing to say subject to availability.

When I signed up online I got the screen which said free Lindt chocolates but my email confirmation does not mention anything about a free gift - does anyone elses?
