Just spoke to CS and have been told there is a delay but should receive chocs by the end of next week, I won't hold my breathe.
Was told by him that anyone who ordered last week won't get any....but....look at their t and c's, bottom of page and there is no mention of gifts being subject to availability...so they will Have to honour it or they are liable.....surely?

Just had a call from them, apparently my chocs were sent out to standard Royal Mail on the fifth (Tuesday), so should get them by Monday.

Subscribed 3/11.

I signed up for this on 02/11/06, and e-mailed them on Friday last week saying that I haven't received the Lindt Chocolates. I got a reply on 06/12 saying

''Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry to read your gift has not been received and confirm I
have arranged for a replacement to be despatched''

Zippy' ... Have you tried emailing Karen Sharp at the address I posted earlier? ... I have updated the first post regarding my conversation with her ...

It does not sound fair if you subscribed so early!

Hello Everybody ...

Have just recieved an email from Karen at National Magazines regarding those who have emailed ... which included (edited) ..

"I will contact everyone tomorrow to update them on whether they have been sent the Lindt gift or not. If not then we will need to wait until Monday to find out if Lindt can provide more products (or an alternative). If they can't then we will arrange for an alternative gift to be sent"

Hopefully we are getting somewhere .... Also I have 'spoken' to Uncle Martin this afternoon concerning this ... this is his reponse ...

To be honest the worst thing in the world is if i help out.

Then it looks like an orchestrated campaign to freebie grab - which it won't care about - rather than genuine subscribers looking to get what's they're due.

In my experience me going in and playing hard ball will have the opposite impact to what we want

Just to write to She and say how excited they were to subscribe and how this leaves a bad (or no ) taste in the mouth and they want to know what they're going to do to solve it.

I ordered over the internet via the link - i received confirmation emails from another company doing the 3 issues for £1 but not for this

I am gutted:( I was looking forward to those chocolates over Christmas.

Have emailed karen sharp at natmags and also sent one to a barrett at Lindt.

We will have to see what happens now. Miracles may happen and we may all receive them soon :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

i too have emailed both parties, as iam really not happy, this always happens!!:mad:

surely they could have gussed this would be a popular offer, they got what they wanted though, more subscribers.

i really hope they pull through with this and try to inspire a little hope in the company
