Sorry, but I am on the iPad so cannot find the buyer terms, butbthey will be similar to other sites, such as they act as an introduced between the seller and buyer. I fear that in this instance OP has been blinded by the premises of false gold. These scams whatever always occur when something is cheap.

Also, I fear that OP has not got the absolution they're seeking, Freddie cannot offer absolution in this instance. Again I am minded of my yellow card for being scant with the truth, but please be kind to other users in this parish, your tone seems to attract more attention and requests from regulars to attend the pyres.

Wow, well you must all be higher up than the people at trading standards. who told me in no uncertain terms play.com are responsible.

I ordered 3 games, from different sellers, one payment came out of my account and it was marked Play.com/

now when i use paypal, each transaction shows individually and has the trader name against it. Plus if I buy counterfeit goods on ebay using paypal I get an immediate refund upon presenting proof.

Either way. I am not getting into arguments with wind up merchants.

I will be buying my games from reputable shops in future. I suggest people steer clear of Play.com

It's not about being higher up. No-one has stated that Play.com has no culpability, I just disagree with your title, as your contract is not with Play.com.

Well that's nice. They don't have a legal obligation to though, it is something they do to encourage people to use their payment processing service.

OP, as you seem so clued up and in cohooooooofs with TS, I think you are either wasting our time or the disk space of the website or do not need our advice.

I suggest you report back tomorrow after the police conclude the Dawn raids with TS at play.com

Minds me of the horse fayres of yaw, if you painted thevteeth White, you would get some punter paying over the odds for an old hag.

We have had umpteen warnings over the year about buying things on ebahgumplaytree. They alls say the same, they are so sorely disappointed. If I was OP, have you tried getting some nice Australian boots?

But Play aren't at fault here the 3rd party is they allowed them to sell in good faith therefore your post is misleading and defamatory and YOU could get into serious trouble

    nope..

i paid my money to PLAY.COM
it says so on my bank statement.

Therefore Play.com sold me the product, via its playtrade seller.

Im not amending my title, so you know what you can do, dont you....
