Hi guys,

As many of you will be aware these Virgin Experience days have been mis-priced on our websites and we are aware of this issue. They have now been taken off our sites to avoid further confusion regarding the prices. They will be reloaded with the correct prices soon.

We have been advised any orders placed today will not be honoured and may be cancelled. Each customer who has ordered these vouchers will be notified individually in due course.

Everyone who has ordered these vouchers will have the chance to buy them but for the true cost of each item.

I do need to point out our terms and conditions regarding mis-priced items on the website:

3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and as stated each customer will be notifed by us soon.

Does this include people that have had dispatch emails?

Also is this for just very or all the companies? Littlewoods,additions,etc?

my order has been accepted and money taken though? so that isnt prior.........

And i agree with Jony, our payments have been accepted so what you have pointed out in your terms and conditions is irrelevant no?

Indeed, Mine says order accepted so that too is not prior!

i hope i get mine at least we all made a fuss to make very comment on this what a mistake to make you should be more carefull with this as you probaly have about 10000 order now
