This happened to me also and i just phoned them up and booked it over the phone. I have had confirmation e-mail of order.
at the bottom of the page there is a small bar letting you pay by card. its difficult to see but i had problems but after searching for it underneath the big square with them saying open a credit account there is an option beneath it, unless yours is bugged some how

not sure why but i get the feelign you are digging at someone who wants to save money and i found that post quite irritating and rude tattybonce! i thought about free delivery cos if you can save some then every pound counts!! delivery for £4 might not seem much in the context but its still a saving...Who would say I couldn't make you mine?
