Hopefully if my hours are structured then I can spend quality time with bubs on an afternoon, rather than checking emails etc.....

Still a bit tender but getting better, thanks xx
Another busy day with loads to do. Been merchandising some tablets but when I got to the stores, they were all on the top shelf and I'm only 5'4". Had to remove the stock from the shelf and put it on the floor, assemble the tray and put it on the shelf and then put all the stock back on the shelf to planogram. Loads of bending and reaching, and I'm worn out now! Here I go again on my own....0 -
Hello :hello:
Becles boo to everything being too high upI'm 5ft7 with long arms and must look safe because tiny old ladies are always asking me to get things, little do they know how clumsy I actually am and how likely it is the dolmio or whatever will end up smashed on the floor
Boo also for 12 week jabs. Squeak was fine after hers though if that helps.
Hello to everyone I missedI've left my brain in bed I think.
ETA:Fuzz, I think he would like a boy. He said to Squeak - ooh little brother for you. That was more or less the first thing he said lol.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

SJP.. I told him a couple of days before the 12 weeks scan becaue I couldn't think of a lie good enough to cover going to the hospital lol.. as predicted he sulked and stropped and didn't speak to me for the best part of a week and drove hme from the scan like a loon..

CL I think pp and Susan make sense re your DH doing some night shifts, can you express and does LO take a bottle? Then you could express b4 bed (maybe top up with formula?) and give to your DH to feed, like the idea of one day in the week so break things up. My DH used to do a late feed (12ish or 1ish) so I could get a 4 hour stretch of sleep, made things a lot better.
My LO now has 2 bottom teeth and 2 top ones coming through which are starting to scratch when bf (only really at night though) and has left a few marks - does this only happen when they come through?? can I still bf with all these nashers?
Hope you feel better Becles.
Sir M - no problem with teeth here and Erin has 6 at the moment. The only time I've noticed them is if she has bitten me which has only happened maybe twice and never very hard. Sorry, a bit busy at the moment with work and going up north this weekend so haven't been on much and got to get back to work now.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Fuzz he's driving me nuts right now! Do I have to wait until they are teens?! lol I'm just joking, he's OK really but getting on my frazzled nerves a lot.
I did tell my friend (my best friend from school's mum!) about the new baby, because I knew she would be happy. I haven't told my family because they will be upset, and whine and moan!
I'm not one for creating stress for myself :rotfl:
Oh the kittens are bornjust have to ask the same friend from earlier if there are any fluffy ones. For some reason OH will only consider another long hair. If none of them are fluffy he says we will wait for the next litter

awww delain, how cute to have fresh baby kittens!
Of course you can BF with teeth, Finn has around 12 now and only occasionally do I feel the teeth (only if he's upset or maybe really tired). When they first come in, it's a bit of a learning curve, but they figure out pretty quickly not to bite Mommy!
Feels like it's been a really long week, even though we had Monday off! Glad tomorrow's Friday, but not so much that it's supposed to rain all weekend.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

There's a private group on FB now. If you ask one of the others they will tell you how to get in. Most people moved off here and into there.
Busy day yesterday. Charlotte was 4 and hyper all day long
She got a Vtech Disney Princess camera as her main present, then a couple of games, couple of nighties, some books and a tiny dolls house that I thought would be useful to take on holiday.
We were going to have a family tea party this weekend but Craig's Gran is poorly with shingles and cellulitis, so we're not allowed anywhere near her until it goes away. Charlotte wants to postpone her party until Gran is better, so we'll have it in a couple of weeks time. She absolutely adores her Gran
Hope everyone is well and having a good day xxHere I go again on my own....0
