Good Luck on your March Plans... I did this a couple of weeks ago and it wasnt as scary as I thought once I sat down and wrote it all out in front of me it all seems pretty do able - hopefully you will get a plan that suits you! Come back and share it with us! I re read my post on my diary to remind me of what i need to do, cos i can feel the original motivation that i felt when i wrote it when i read it back if that makes sense?

You've made a brilliant start to the repayments, and getting organised for March.

Muffin - Ditto as well re-repayments and the organisation, sounds like ur juggling all the balls with uni work as well.

I've got an assisgnment due in on Monday - haven't started it yet, another by end of month same course, and 1 inbetween for sports course!! Be worth it in the end.

Did get some brilliant news, mum and dad are paying for me to go to Prague, as part of my 40th bday present, we originally looked and were getting quotes of £600+ so thought thats gone out of the window, but found another deal, and although won't be going till Sept, get 3ngts, flight, private taxi transfer + back, the hotel right in middle of prague for just under £300, I feel shouting from the roof...... but don't think stand my weight!! then be open uni exam Oct (help!) xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

A week without my laptop after we got a virus and I've felt like I've been missing an arm. No daily internet banking checks, no forums and diary updates and no facebook! I wished I worked in an office and could still get away with checking that kind of thing at work.

Well I've had it back ten minutes so checking in, internet banking is a big one to catch up on, need to fill in my spreadsheet and then normal service will resume.

    Hope everyone's well. xxx :D

Signature updated! I do love being back on line!

I've paid an extra £214.90 on my credit card after being paid extra this month. If I can be good with my spending this month then I should also put £200 into savings ready for baby. Fingers crossed all can go well.

Plus I've paid 23.48% off the total debt I started with at the beginning of the year. Yay! Tempted to try and make it 25% and start saving next month...

Well I'm determined that my debt free diary is not going to be about my sufferings through morning/ afternoon/ early evening/ before bed sickness so sorry if I'm a little quiet. :o

All ok over here generally, just trying to calm DH down as having no general responsibility for the money in our house he's beginning to panic about paying debts and saving for baby and trying to move out. Starting to do my head in a little bit as it's hard enough for me to prioritise these things but we're getting there.

    :D

If you can't have a moan about morning sickness, men and life on your thread, where else can you do it, its part of your life.
Hope the morning sickness settles down, how far gone are you know?

I remember with DD anything Mint smelling would set me off, even shampoo, toothpaste was the worst, couldn't be in the same room even if anyone was having polo mints. Weird.

My taste buds went weird, more what I couldn't face, curry, Cider, the onlt drink i could really enjoy was Bitter, had to be Tetley bitter, just couldn't near any others. Once in the middle of Tesco they had run out of Shandy and I'd asked an assistant had they any more he comes back, yes there in the back, but its not my department, there was me, rather loud... I'm 6 months pregnant and craving shandy I need it know..... he went and found them!!

Thou she was funny, I had originally planned to go to Kenya and Goa in 2002, but the little blue stick, so ended in Cyprus, Tunisia (twice - the 2nd time was 40C, I think I was the only person on an all inclusive hol that was sober, 28 weeks then), and Turkey. Turkey was the funniest, trying to be healthy and eat fruit, they only fruit at the hotel was water melon, forcing it down every ngt, next morning - here we go again, the only ngt didn't eat water melon wasn't sick... (sods law last ngt out of 2 weeks), when I flew as soon as the seat belt signs went on it was as thou she knew and would do bladder olympics. I use to have the ask the stedwardess to let me get straight to the loo b4 everyone else went. Thou wouldn't be without her for the world.

Sounds daft, but really positive that hubby having a little panic over money, as least he's getting involved, or is it inderance!! xx

Sunday evening again?!? How did that happen!?! :p

Well I've actually had a lovely weekend but have lost track of my money as have had quite a few things going on.

Friday - Went to the Glee club for an evening of comedy for a friend's 30th. Tickets were £15 each but as a forever designated driver we managed not to spend more than about £15 otherwise including parking.

Saturday - Went to a National Trust property with my parents and little sister (well, she's 14 and nearly as tall as me!) but they got me in for free with a voucher and we had a lovely day out together as OH was working. And they bought me lunch in the tea room so did well there! Then mum cooked me dinner to take home to share with hubby before we went out for another friend's birthday. Again, managed to spend less than £20 as I was driving.

Sunday - Went to watch the St Patrick's day parade in Brum with my sister which is free and fun, though then discovered parking was £6. Grrrr... While in town I also spent £40 in mamas and papas on maternity clothes in an excited frenzy. Oops. Managed to get free Sunday roast from parents afterwards so we do have lots of food in at home still. I did however sit with mum for about 3 hours on ebay looking at nursery furniture/ maternity clothes after dinner and bought a glider chair for £65, worth about £300 and some more maternity clothes for a couple of quid.

Feel like I've had lots of family time, lots of chill out time but a bit too much spending time! Oh and no school work time. Again! Easily done...

Hope everyone else has had a lovely weekend. xxxx

Well I'm definitely slacking with my diary already! It's totally unintentional but I just don't know where time is going at the minute. I'm either working, feeling rubbish or sleeping. :o

Had a very lazy evening last night though. OH is away on a stag weekend in Edinburgh so I had pizza, wedges and a creme egg and watched 4 hours of comic relief. I feel nicely refreshed and have got a busy day planned ahead.

Am going to write my list here to shame me into doing it and not just lazing around.

    1) Sort out rubbish and recycling around the house.
    2) Sort out unopened and unfiled post sat around the house.
    3) Print and pack letters that need sending. And send them!
    4) Collect parcel from post office sorting office.
    5) Ironing! Washing! More ironing!
    6) Strip bed! More washing! Bit more ironing.
    7) Washing up.
    8) School work. (Which is a whole other list!!)

Plus my friend is pestering me to head over to the park and walk the dog and it is such a sunny day out it's hard to say no. But then maybe I should also walk to the allotment and make a start there for the year as the rubbish weather has held me off! Hmmmm.....

Hope everyone else has an organised and productive day and is feeling well. xxxx

Well it took me two days but most of the jobs got done. Oh except school work which seems to slip further down the list of priorities all the time at the minute. :o

I did however enjoy that dog walk in the sun in the park with my friend and have today also been to see my sis perform with her school choral society. And got fed by my folks (again!) which was nice. Good bit of family time. :D

DH should be home in an hour ish so am proud that the house is so tidy. He normally does all our housework and has been doing even more since I've been rubbish with sickness and I think he was starting to get fed up. Let's see how long it stays this way though...

Am ready for payday, too many occasions out at the minute. A meal last night for the hen cost me £25 and I'm not even drinking. Don't like keep spending money, annoys me!

Hope everyone has enjoyed some of the lovely weather this weekend and is feeling positive about the start of a new working week. xxx

Well I'm just about managing an update a week at the minute! :o But I'm here and well aaaaaaannd ................... had my scan yesterday!! :D Baby all well and very wriggly but got a lovely pic so very excited.

My lack of diary updates is probably reflective of how much I'm keeping on track with money at the minute so really need to get back on track.

Yesterday we had mcdonald's breakfast after scan and then kfc for dinner and then today had greggs for lunch. Not a very MSE way to eat. And no good for my already expanding waistline either!

Will get back on track and update properly. xxx
