Quorn, onion, peppers and beans and I have some salad in mine too
I also have some cheese to use which will go on top!

Boy will I be glad to get back to normal tomorrow:eek: these holidays are not good for DS and his autism:cool: with illness, snow, wedding, xmas etc it has been over a month since I had any peace to myself and am starting to feel it.
Stonking cold back with a vengance today just in time for work tomorrow but never mind, only one day then off again. My head and sinuses feel like they are going to explode and I ache everywhere.
Meatballs and spaghetti for dinner tonight once DH gets back....he has gone to see one of his mates for an hour or two doing computer stuff.
DS watching Primeval again:p.....not that I mind, gives me another chance to letch at Connor Temple:D;)
