woo hoo!! :T
Ready for flying this week to get me back on the straight and narrow!!
I have missed my lists!!
have a good week everyone xxxxOn a mission0 -
Do have to report that I failed on the ironing challenge but there is not too much so shouldn't take too much to catch it up.
Phew! It's not just me then who didn't manage it. We've been soooo busy these last few weeks that ironing has taken a back seat. Fortunately I've managed to pretty much keep on top of the general tidying and cleaning and even managed to do a major clear out and tidy of DD1's bedroom. I have been good and done lots of ironing today so that's made a reasonable dent in it but there's still more to go!Just had a fab idea for Miss A's birthday. She wanted to do something with her friends which was different to anything that has already been done. Cue lots of brain wracking as her b'day is soon and I can't (won't) spend a fortune (which she knows and understands). Then tadahhhhhhhhh a climbing wall party
Fingers crossed that I can book it in the morning, she now has to decide which 5 friends to invite as 6 is the max for the party.
We did this for DD1 when she was 6 and she loved it! The kids felt a a real sense of achievement for climbing so high and doing something they'd not done before. I'm sure Miss A will love it too.
I think I'm going to make a list of what I need to do in January. I'm going to try and make it realistic and acheiveable and if it works, perhaps do the same for February. I need to have a think about it and I'll post it later in the week when I've got it written down and thought through properly. Nothing major, just things like going to the gym, decorating DD2's bedroom, etc.
Anyway, I'm heading to bed in a minute, so night night everyone!0 -
hello, I'd like to join you if I may:D
I've been rather poorly for the last 5 months and the house needs some attention now I am beginning to recover.
I've spent this week putting up about 12 shelves in the house to make more use of potential storage space to help the great de-clutter.
I'll give the 1st week a try and see if it helps me gets things a bit straighter.

Hi ladies. Can I join please??? I know I've done this in the past, but I've always tried to be too perfectionist and fallen off the wagon. I'd like to try again, as a new year, new start and all that. I'm so busy that I know some days I'll get little done, but I'd love to give it a go!
