I can definitely recommend the perfume oils...my 3 arrived today and are lovely;) The Hypnotic Poison is very like the original - really vanilla-y, I love it, Kenzo Flowers again very alike and the Flower Bomb is just yummy - I've never smelt the original, but I'm happy with my version:D

We're looking to book a holiday this summer - a hot one this year:p Just a week, with my sis and her lot, all inclusive - will update when/if we find a deal we all like! Reckon if I can finish my course by then I'll deserve it:T

We're off to Majorca in August for a week all inclusive, cost me £1400...thank goodness for my student loan this year...along with my ingrained mse-ness;) Booked through a cheap site, tis only budget flights but thats ok - it's only 2hours. So, all rather excited, reckon I'll deserve a week's break after the year I had:o

Am feeling rather groggy today - I took some nyt*l last night to help me drop off as I've been taking hours...but, althoiugh I slept pretty well I felt washed out this morning so fell asleep once girls had gone to school:D College is only on this afternoon, I should go along.

Yesterday wasn't an NSD as I sent off some old camcorder cassettes to be put on dvd...stuff from hols, school plays etc - girls being little and cute. So paid for the postage for that and the cost of getting them done - it'll be worth it though to have them on dvd, not on those little cassettes and not watchable.

Better go and get dressed now, urgh my head still feels full of cotton wool, I'll be avoiding those tablets again:(

    Hey Milly

I reckon Flowerbomb is pretty close. V chuffed! :D The smell definitely lasts longer than normal perfumes too! Great find!

Oh to have a holiday booked. That sounds fab. And booking it now means you can pick up lots of bargains whenever you see them. I'd be starting to pack now! :)

I now have 2 bottles of each perfume:o I made the first order and had no email confirmation, nothing on 'my account', I emailed the chap and he said there was no order - so I ordered again. Today I get a 2nd set of them all - have looked at the bank and yes I've paid twice:mad: I might email and see if he'll have them back, I don't want 3 more - if I did I'd want different ones anyway:o

Great news about the holiday milly, where in Majorca is it? I 'accidentally' had an all inclusive holiday in Porto Colom a couple of years ago. I booked a last minute self-catering studio at get away from our horrible summer and when we got there a problem with the booking meant they upgraded us to a lovely apartment in another hotel that was all inclusive. We had a great time in a delightful little resort. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time as will your girls.

I know what you mean about Nytol etc. I keep some as a stand-by if I'm desperate for a good night's sleep but I only take them (like you did) when I've got nothing on early the next day. Hope you're starting to feel a bit better?

Thanks so much for the link to the perfume site. I will definitely order some when I have a bit more spare money. I really want a signature scent so that people know when I've been in the room etc (!) but don't want to make an expensive mistake! This site seems just perfect.

Good news about the holiday btw, something to really look forward to.
It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j

I'd love a signature scent too - but I have so many perfumes that I wear different ones all the time:o I love DKNY Be Delicious, Britney's Fantasy, CK Euphoria, lots of the various Poison ones... At last count I had 21 bottles though, eeeeek:D Lots are only half full and dd2 helps me wear them now. I must not buy any more!

Oooh lovely, being upgraded to an AI holiday!
We're off to the north of the island, by Alcudia...bit of a longer transfer from the airport than we wanted but looks a lovely site, kids will love the pools. We went to Santa Ponsa a few years ago, Palma Nova before that, do like Majorca. Also I am not a fan of flying - i can cope but I don't enjoy it so 2 hours flight is plenty for me:o
As for the nytol, I have woken up a bit but what a rubbish feeling this morning - it lasted until about 11am! It's not as if I took it late last night - popped the pill at about 9.45. Will just hope my sleep gets more normal again soon.

I rang the hospital the other day, as my 6month appt which is due this month hadn't been sent to me. I was rung back yesterday and given the appt on the 26th...then I get home yesterday to an appt in the post, on the 19th:rotfl:
DD2 came home and told me its her parents evening next on the 19th so I'm seeing the hospital doc on the 26th. Just hope he can help in some way - not that I think he can, I reckon my constant tiredness, unsettled tum etc is just a very slow recovery from the surgery....soooo frustrating though.

Am seeing my college tutor on Friday, help get me on track as I'm behind with this year's work too. Luckily last year's outstanding 3 assignments are due at the end of May so that's not such a big worry. This year's work is more worrying as the marks count towards the final degree mark and as my Y1 work had all good marks it'd be a shame if my final mark is let down because of my Y2 stuff.

I nipped to the shop and spent £13 on bits to last until I do a bigger shop at the start of next week. Don't think I'll do it online, I want to keep it small and don't like paying delivery for just a £40-£50 shop.

  • Happy Sunday morning:beer:
Just having some time on here, watching 'Something for the weekend' before I do some ironing.

I saw my tutor on Friday which gave me a bit of a boost, it always does - I don't feel as lost as I did before;) So today I need to get some essay prep done...shouldn't be too hard the essay, only 2k words.

Yesterday I met ex with the girls in town, took dd1 to the hairdresser - eek, I spent £36:eek: But the kind hairdresser gave me a voucher for £5 off a product to buy, she recommended a wax for dd and it turned out tobe reduced and cost me 99p...dd likes her expensive things so was very pleased:rotfl: Ex bought afternoon coffee and cakes, so that saved me:)

Was looking forwrd to a quiet evening, then ex and girls asked if they could come over and play on the wii....hmmmm,so they did.

So I have the online shopping coming later - so much for a small one, I ended up really stocking up and spending the £99so I could have free delivery using my Asda cc. I'll have to post my meal plan up;)
Also have ironing to do, will do it now while I watch tv...then crack on with some work. Am feeling a bit blurghhhh tho - up in the night twice with my tummy being it's usual rubbish self. Hope it calms down today, I have to go to work tomorrow - was off last monday and cant ring in sick on a monday again, it just looks bad.
