Wow Mils! I didn't realise it was a website I thought you meant one of those sellers in a shopping centre or something... Might have a wee browse on my lunch break - 3 for £6 would be ideal for me, Mil's bday and mum's bday. Woo!0

£10 refund back from Boots today:beer:So I still have the gift set, might just remove the contents and put in a S+G gift bag that I was given...instant (free) gift for someone...fab, glad I sent the moany email!!
Just nipped home from work for lunch..back in a mo and I finish at 2.30 today, lovely:p
My tutor emailed my big essay mark...it was the longest essay from last year, I got 68 which was a surprise, considering I only wanted to pass it, and get 40! Gives me a bit of a boost and goodness knows I need motivation from somewhere:D
Girls are at home with me this weekend - going to go to town tomorrow and get their hair cut and dd2 wants to dye hers after - just a semi permanent, not much different to what she has:rotfl: On Sunday I'm going to treat them to pizza in town as I have 50% Ask vouchers - it'll cost me about £15, save cooking on Sun eve so I can relax/do some work. And dd1's had ks3 exams this week - we deserve a treat and I haven't spent hardly anything this week:T
Ok, better get back to work - will be glad to go, the house is freezing!! Off to set the heating tocome on in time for me getting back later;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Hooray, have had another NSD:beer:
Yesterday wasn't as I treated myslef to a silver necklace on Amazon...it didn't arrive today as it should have:mad: But, it was £16 and I used £10 of Christmas money from the ex-mil, so cost me £6. Hopefully it'll come tomorrow.
Have done really well grocery-wise too this week...I've only bought the bread, milk and spread the other day. I need a pepper for tomorrow's dinner of wraps...Sunday we're eating out, how posh;) Next week's meals are planned and I have most of the stuff needed for them, will just need more milk, fruit and veg...really pleased:p As girls will be with their dad from next Friday til Sunday, that'll save me buying much...I'm happy with whatever I can find in the freezer. So I might arrange a delivery for the week after...or actually haul myself to a supermarket:D
I want to go to a fruit+veg shop for next week's stuff - we don't have one very near, but there are a couple on the way back from town tomorrow so may stop off and hopefully get some cheaper bits.
DD2's asleep again on the sofa,dd1 upstairs , all is quiet here. Better get dinner on - chicken curry tonight:TI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Afternoon:j
We're off into town soon for our lunch, must print out my 50% off voucher first...looking forward to the grub, what a treat;)
DD2 and I had a nice trip to town yesterday to get her hair cut. Took a few bits back too, Next and New Look, and all we came home with was shampoo/conditioner for me and a hair dye for her.
Have just checked my bank account and all is lovely - student loans have gone in:beer: So just paid this month's Next payment and my Asda cc...which is a right pain - I paid it off in full before Xmas, was only £89 on itfrom a food shop i did at Asda online and wanted free delivery. Only the bank returned the payment to me for some reason, I used all the right account numbers:mad: So Asda slap a £12 late payment charge on, grrrrrrr. I also bought the girls X Factor tour tickets on it so have paid that off, though my sister will be giving me half as her 2 going as well.
Tonight I must sort out what food i need for this week - shouldn'tbe much, just fresh stuff. No cooking tonight, fab:D
Right off to print my voucher and off we go!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Oooh which ones did you go for? Can't wait for mine - had an email on Fri to say they were dispatched so hoping they'll arrive tomorrow. I just love perfumes...I do have too many now, but I love wearing them and still getting wafts off my clothes during the day;)
Another kn@ckered evening on the sofa, just watched Dancing on Ice, dd2 in shower now. Hoping to get off to bed soon...I so need a decent night's sleep - last night took hours again to drop off - 2.30 am??
Need to have some energy for a full week of work:oI really need to sort out a new signature!0
