Trampoline is all put up - ha, I am clever:D:D Just need to get an enclosure now to keep me happy while they're on it.

I redeemed some points with mysurvey a couple of weeks ago - thanks poles for talking about them so I ended up finding i had points there waiting:rotfl: Anyway, I ordered a £5 Amazon voucher then went and deleted the email:( So I emailed them...forgot all about it until my reply came today telling me I could find the code for the voucher in my account....so have entered it in Amazon, it's there waiting for me:T Pleased I didnt lose it!

Grrr I am soooo cross with the ex:mad::mad:
He was coming on holiday with us if you all remember I said...but, recently I thought I'd ask him about his £1k share of the cost...he looked very shifty and said he'd get it by then. After asking again, he said he'd better not come as he couldn't afford it. Took me a while for the very annoying and useless company to amend the booking - we went for a low cost site, cheap no-frills flights. So - the new cost of the holiday for me is £500 more than it would have been if I'd booked in Jan without ex. So, why should I be out of pocket cos he cant afford it? I think he should pay me the £500, is that out of order??!:o

I texted last night....he ignores any mention of holiday money - he was paid today and not any extra:( I'd take it in installments...he only gives me £200 a month as it is and from what he says I think he earns about £22k pa. CSA on the case;)

Anyway, also he's stopped wanting girls on Fri nights every other week - he says he works in london and cant get back in time - all this since he got some new mates (much younger, the idiot), and a new t@rt to hang with:p So I am sure he comes back to this area Fri night, goes out with them and then will have my 2 on the Sat. I saw his FB page as girls are friends with him - there was a comment to someone about 'Tell so-and-so I'm in **** (the town we live) on Friday' Grrrrr....makes me so mad that he's lying to me and even more mad that he'd rather hang out with his grim friends than have the girls.

Arghhhhhh wish he'd bu**er off to the other side of the world;)

Sending you a :grouphug: Milly what a selfish, weak, insensitive, idiotic, plonker :wall: is  he beggars belief, you are totally better off without him.

He so should pay the extra costs that you have incurred for the holiday, I totally agree with everything you have said.

Some men are so stupid i'm thinking mid life crisis, hopefully the CSA will come good and award you what you are rightly entitled too.

Try not to let him get to you, you are so much better than that; hard I know.

Hugs

Ditto to what debidoodle has said. Boo to stupid exes.

Just keep thinking what a lovely holiday you'll have without him (at least he won't be spongeing off you there :D)
It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :j

Milly

Hope your okay and do not mind the following hijack!

My daughter forwarded me this,

The Why's of Men

1. WHY DO MEN BECOME SMARTER DURING SEX?
(because they are plugged into a genius)
2. WHY DON'T WOMEN BLINK DURING SEX?
(they don't have enough time)
3. WHY DOES IT TAKE 1 MILLION SPERM TO FERTILIZE ONE EGG?
(they don't stop to ask directions)
4. WHY WERE MEN GIVEN LARGER BRAINS THAN DOGS?
(so they won't hump women's legs at cocktails parties)
5. WHY DID GOD MAKE MEN BEFORE WOMEN?
(you need a rough draft before you make a final copy)
6. HOW MANY MEN DOES IT TAKE TO PUT A TOILET SEAT DOWN?
(don't know.....it never happened)
And the personal favorite:
7. WHY DID GOD PUT MEN ON EARTH?
(because a vibrator can't mow the lawn)

Aww Pixie, so sorry to her about your muppet ex, I agree he should pay the extra holiday cost, but in all likelihood I don't think you've got any chance of ever seeing that money :o He's proved he's rubbish even at providing for his share of the girls club money in the past so I can't see him giving you money for that, especially if he has a new thing to *impress*

Chin up chick and think of all the fun you'll have with the girls without him around :)
Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Thanks for the list Debi, very funny!!:rotfl::rotfl:

BB - you're right, I don't think I stand a chance in hell of seeing that money ever again...I said the same thing to my sister:o I've given up on asking for club money, I pay it all and his £200 a month is measly...hoping the csa tell him to pay more. I think with 2 children the amount he should pay is 20%....He earns more than £1000, more like double I think, great idiot.

Exes....who'd have them eh?! Yours certainly wins the prize for the most idiotic but mine is trying to catch up:rotfl:

Yep - £500 might be a reasonable price for not having to see his ugly mug and hear his booming voice for the holiday:rotfl::rotfl:

And good morning:j
Up reasonably early today as dd2 is off out with friends...she's chosen not to see her dad (and who can blame her;))...then dd1 appears last night saying she wants to meet friends too...so he's been bombed out, oops. I did say it's up to them and that their dad would like to see them but they can choose...there's the choice. Of course, as they got older, this was bound to happen - he does himself no favours and it's dead boring for them when he does have them. They weren't staying over tonight as its his uncle+aunts wedding ann party - he pretty much said it'd be better not to take them - I'd imagine so he can go out into town after...I'm not daft, I see right through him!! So they're here tonight and tomorrwo for Mothers day we're off to my mums for lunch with them and my sis and her family - lovely:T

Today I wont need to go far...just nip to co-op for a chow mein sauce for dinner. I went to Tesc0 yesterday and clean forgot. I used my lovely DTD voucher for £14 so my shopping came to £31...I had loads:D We have coke and Lucozade sport drinks by the bucketload:rotfl: I did forget the £20 cap on the DTD voucher so think I bought too many but should recieve the full £20. Am stopping with the DTD stuff unless there are some things I really need next week.

I had a tutorial yesterday too - keep me on track. So, lots of work to do over the next 2 weeks. I also have a letter written by my GP to go to the Uni to apply for mitigating circumstances again. Cost me £15 for a letter, what a cheek:eek: And in the letter he didn't exactly state how rubbish I have been feeling - could have really laid it on;) Hope its enough...as I'll never finish the work by June:eek:

Anyway, must get off and get dd2 out the door - she's having an early start:p
