    OMG!!! What book was it??

Good luck with the CSA and good for you for making sure he pays what he should. I don't care what anyone says, they still end up contributing less than they would if they were still with you.

We've been undergoing a reassessment since the beginning of the year and I found that the best course of action was to ring them every week just to keep on top of things. I think they think that if you don't hassle them you're not bothered when they sort your case out. A polite call every week asking to be kept in the loop and for your caseworker to call you every time there's a new development gently pushes things on. I got a letter last week with the new payment schedule and the arrears should be paid to me next week (and that can't come soon enough)...

Nothing much to report here - I ruined my NSD though:o At least I only bought a magazine (£1.40, no posh ones here), 2 donuts for girls - 72p and 2 bunches of daffs for £1 - didn't exactly break the bank did I?!

I have my essay title decided on - had to email my tutor saying help and she gave me ideas...now need to do a lot of reading and preparation for it. I'm not going to go to college tomorrow - as well as needing a rest, am shattered, I want to do some essay work. The college session isn't essential for what I'm working on.

Dinner has been started - doing hm pizzas with wedges...potatoes chooed and on the tray, pizza dough made and rising for a bit. Looking forward to a lie on sofa with Holby:D

Stupid Onepoll is driving me mad:mad: Must see if my 2 survey payments have gone thro with valued opinions as they'll make me reach £10...off to check now;)

    Hi Milly

How are you apart from feeling shattered?

Great news on the book £39.00 is excellent. DD sold a lot of her podiatry books on Amazon and made a pretty penny, shame you didn't offer me any money considering I bought them for her in the 1st place :rotfl:

Mmmm dinner sounds good love hm pizza, we had macaroni cheese & hubby had pork chops with his; i'm a veggie.

Nice to see :wall: spent some money on DD1, next time you'll have to get him to pay for DD2's hair :)

Oh you'll laugh at this...his mum paid for dd's hair in the end;) What a numpty! And dd wanted some hairspray and mousse in town...so her bought it and then got her to give him the money back..mind you she didn't have any cash so I had to give him it and I'm too kind to take off her:o So he didn't actually buy her anything - just a milkshake.

How strange! I have a book of Russian folk tales too that I got when I was about 10! I remember really enjoying it too. I wonder if mine would make £39 (if I could find it....)????

He says he has nothing at the mo - til payday next week. Not even enough for his cigarettes...ah bless:) He owes me money for his ticket to the X Factor tour - I bought them...he's going with my 2 girls and my 2 nieces and their dad as he's pals with him (well, used to be best pals...not so now;)). He cant even afford his ticket...arghhhh he's useless, but I had to buy it so my girls could go.

Another ebay sale yesterday - a £13 Buy it now...so will post that later. Must nip out soon...need to get loo rolls and bacon, thats all. My gorcery account will be back to the full monthly amount from tomoroow - there's £8 in it right now, when TCs go in tomorrow the grocery float account will have £220 so will transfer it ready to start again. I have gone over though this month - this week's £30 and the £39 last week in Tesco both came out of my spending account - argh that means I've spent abut £280 this month:eek: I must, must try harder with April's budget - not sure how easy/hard it'll be as we're off school for a lot of the month. In fact, I'm only working 7 days in April:beer: We shall see....might just accept that I'm spending a little more each month...

Ok, need to get off here and do some work. I have my essay title decided on...I have the books to read so just need to make a start. i just find it hard to get going:o

Washing's on the line - one load of clothes and my bedding. I love seeing sheets blowing in the sun!
