Sorry to hear about yesterday, hope results are good tomorrow. Hope you enjoyed your roast despite it being a day late!
Enjoyed Holby tonight. Do you really think it'll be the last we see of Donna?0 -

Yep...I reckon she's gone:o Happy ever after though for her;)
Just getting ready then need to have a mad tidy/hoover as the letting agent are coming at 9.40 for their regular check, annoying;) But I'll have a tidy house to come back to!!
The other ipod sold for £20 last night - pleased with that, it was a 1st generation one, think I bought it in 2006:p Ebay sales going really well!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

That's good money. Long may it continue :T
I still have my first iPod Mini i bought in 2005. Only thing is I can only use it in the car where it recharges itself. If I were to take it out and use it when i go running the battery dies immediately. I have got a super dinky little shuffle that I take with me now.

So...the scan showed no Crohn's:T My doc said everything looks good, with the join from the surgery looking fine. Really pleased;) Im going back on the tablets I used to take, that kept me pretty well for years, so hopefully that'll all be enough.
I've just checked my Quidco account and the home insurance money from last Sept has finally been received - I have £72 ready to pay out in a few days:beer: I'm having a rather successful month, with £142 ebay money withrdawn from Paypal too...minus fees and postage it'll still be a good amount!
Today's been another NSD, yesterday wasnt because of bus fare to hosp, a coffee when I arrived and a mag in the morn to read when I nipped out so the letting agent could do their check.
The house is still tidy and clean from my mad whizz around yesterday morning - need to keep on top of it. I'm about to put dinner on - jacket pots with leftover chicken from last night for me, dd2 will have birds eye chicken things with her potato and ddd1 wants spag bol out of the freezer...nice and easy.
Hopefully tomorrow will be an NSD too - I don't plan on buying anything. I might need some of my milk, but will use my grocery account....which is low...I wont be staying under budget this month...oops:o I have £49 left for the month after my big shop at Asda and a Tesco shop the week beofre. We do have a lot of stuf in, so will do my best to stick to just buying fresh bits for as long as possible. I must do next week's meal plan so I can nip to Morrisons by my sister's house on Sunday...and use her 10% discount card. Might do the meal plan tonight...and a short list hopefully:T
Ok, going to try do some work while dinner's in and girls are happy and quiet:DI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Also had a letter about renewing my car insurance - due up on April 1st...so will be having a nosey about to see if I can get any cashback and cheaper quotes...:DI really need to sort out a new signature!0

I am going all out to do this when my house insurance needs renewing next month.
Great news re the crohns, that must be very reassuring for you.
I have been thinking about you being lacto free now and was thinking about trying it myself. i have zero willpower though and don't know how I would cope without tea, cheese and chocolate. How do you get round these? Are there adequate alternatives?

The first few days of cutting out milk were hard as I reeeeally missed coffee/tea....but then I discovered lactofree milk:T It's not dairy free as it's cow's milk, but the lactose has been removed - it's brilliant stuff, tastes just the same as normal milk. Lactofree also make fruit yogurts (yummy), cream cheese and cheddar. Also coffee-mate is non dairy as far as I can see...have investigated online and all seems to say its fine for me. To be honest, knowing how rubbish I feel when I'm all bloated, windy etc is motivation enough to avoid it...though I've sneaked a few choc buttons with no ill effects really;) I also bought dark choc, some do contain milk though, you have to look carefully...the one I had was nice. I have been munching on liquorice in the evenings, snack a jacks and hobnobs! The milk choc cravings are going now...guess I'm used to not eating it!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

That's great i think I will have a look tomorrow when I do the food shop (and you can still sneak in the odd bit of chocolate!)

Hi Milly
Fantastic news regarding your crohn's.
Your going great guns with Ebay & Quidco. DD has given me a load of clothes to list for her, must photograph and write up the listings; lacking motivation at the moment.
Roll on the weekend.
