SWEET !!!!!!! good to see you back hun :j:j:j:D:D

And you dizzy, sounds like you had a fabby guacamole-filled hols!! :D
tank yoiu!!!!!!!! or even Thank You when I move the cat's head out of the way of the keyboard :D

Gotta love a moggy, but they do get under your [STRIKE]fingers[/STRIKE] feet sometimes!! :)

Talking of guacamole, does anyone remember the story about Peter Mandelson visiting a Fish & Chip shop & exclaiming that he didn't realise they sold guacamole?? It was mushy peas, lol!! Actually don't know if that's a true story or an urban myth but makes me laugh!! :rotfl:

Anyway, hello lovely peeps, I'm back. Oops, I'm 9lbs heavier though!! Had a calorie-laden Christmas (and some) but did enjoy it so no regrets, honest!! Started back on SW on Thursday & feel much better already, not so bloated. I got weighed on Thursday but will weigh again on Monday as I prefer this as my WI day.

Have had green days so far, including today, as I love my HEBs so much :D No fibre plus bars yet although I do have a healthy stock of them from before Christmas!! They have individual bars in Home Bargains, think they were 3 for £1 if anyone interested.

    Menu for today:
B - mushroom scrambled egg (half HEA), 2 small wholemeal toast (HEB), baked beans
    L - 3 scanbran (3), 3 triangles (HEA) & tomato
D - 2 quorn cumberland sausages (1 - half tsp olive oil) with pasta & HM pasta sauce with 21g lighter cheddar (half HEA) & Co-op wholemeal pitta (HEB)
Snacks - mullerlight, pear, 2 clems
    Supper - 1 or 2 glasses of rioja (6 or 12)
So that's both HEAs & HEBs used up & 10 or 16 syns, depending on how much wine I can drink tonight ;)

Before I go (sorry for the mega post but I haven't been around for so long & I've been saving it up, lol) a big well done to all those who have been losing or STS, especially over the Christmas hols, respect to you all!! :A

Have a good evening everyone

still confused over the laughing cows but have decided if i can have normal dairylea triangles then i can have normal laughing cow triangles.

I'm thinking the same way with pitta breads. Asda and co-op wholemeal pittas (I think they're 55g each) are a HEB and I have Sainsburys wholemeal pittas (60g) in the cupboard. I've decided that even if the pitta doesn't strictly count as a HEB it's significantly better than the alternative fast food!

I've just made myself a packed lunch for the train tomorrow and have used 1 pitta with cheese (HEA and B) with a weetabix oaty bar (HEB2), cucumber and grapes. The plan was to have a chinese for tea tomorrow so I aim to go for a beef chow mein for 8.5 syns. That leaves me with 6.5 syns. The challenge is to try and avoid the snacks in the theatre tomorrow!

Ohh. Emm. Geeee! My dinner tonight was divine. We are definitely having h/m burgers again. What a delicious change, and why don't they make them like that in the shops anyway? Totally amazing, and the whole family loved them too. I split the batch of mince in half, because eldest and Master Sary declared they didn't fancy onion or gherkin in their's. They don't know what they're missing mind you. So I did their's with salt/pepper/marigold bouillon. No complaints about the SW chips either, they're all loving them, and OH's only complaint was that there wasn't more of it! He's had Christmas cake for afters anyway.

I've not had many syns today, so might even allow myself some chocolates this evening as a special w/end treat. :)

What happens when you put it in the freezer? Does it go like icecream? :)

erm ... not sure as I haven't eaten ice cream since I was about 6 when I decided I didn't like it! Depends how long you leave it in there - my 1.5 hours in the freezer gives me a centre that is cold but still gloopy, a top edge that is quite firm and smoothly frozen, the outer underneath layer is crunchy frozen and the very top is very very crunchy like ice on a pond - I eat it in sections like that (I know I'm weird but I have to get my fun somewhere :D )

If you forget it's in the freezer and get it out after 2.5 hours or days later it's frozen solid and can take hours to eat :D
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Galaxy Cookie Crumber is 12.5 syns for a 45g bar if that helps but can't find the truffle.

Might have to give that a try :)

I like a challenge lol! That might be a good thing to distract me from eating anything else in the time it takes to eat the mullerlight :rotfl:

    Thank you :)

Nobody notice me? Gooooood. Poor day today. Studying lots is equating to eating lots. Of non-SW food.

Morning all, we had the balsamic chicken and paprika chipped potatoes last night for dinner from this months sw magazine and it was yummy.

    EE today:-
    B - stawberries and yoghurt
    L - pasta n sauce with peas, 2 clementines
S - fibre plus bar (heb)
D - lamb, sw roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and peas

Does anyone know a recipe for cheese sauce as would like to use a cheese sauce with the veg for dinner?

    Have a good day all.
