    Awesome, Tara!

Unless I get a few last minute freelance payments today or Monday, I'm going to assume that those will come in January now so I'm declaring my totals now and will change them if necessary!

I now have £15,600 in the ISA. Not as much as I was hoping for but getting there slowly.
ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)
  • Well done in 2013 all! Merry Christmas Eve and here's to a savings filled 2014!

  • You know what, I spent a fortune this month on things I've always wanted, and will spend another fortune on two big vacations next year. So no savings this month, and you can probably knock one or two months' savings off next year. But hey, it's not so bad - you've got to enjoy some of it while you still can :)

    Well done, tara!
  • Saved another £500 this month! It feels great to get to that time in the month when we can put the money into the savings account. This is the most savings we have had by saving ourselves. Bring on the end of January when we will get to the £2000 mark!
