  • It's payday today and I just checked my account to see what was 'left over' from last month - turns out in addition to my regular payment of £100 by direct debit I'll be able to pay in another £450 tomorrow morning - :)

I do need to check how much I've got left of my 3k allowance for this year though - what happens if you exceed it accidentally and pay in more?

    I mean, into an ISA

I'm not sure, but how do you check how much of the allowance you have left? x

1st of December is a milestone date - I can access the SAYE from tomorrow as the 5 year term is up and I am making around £5 per share in profit as it stands now. So the dilema is, sit on them for a few more months to see what the share price does or sell now. One to ponder for a while I think. Anyway, at the current share price the value is around £6,500. A nice boost the pot.

Ring up your ISA provider or if there is an online facility check there.
