  • I have the same in my house GG. Especially dd2, always can't find stuff, I walk in the room and literally instantly find. I remember her 2nd day at secondary school, distraught as school tie "lost" and its isolation if not wearing. I found it stuck on the top of her bedroom curtains. Why??
What do they say, Its not lost unless mum can't find it!

    Funny Mr GG.
We haven't seen him on here for a while.

    Too chuffing busy sms :rotfl:
Fingers crossed for the house. Will you move in straight away or straighten it out first? I know there was quite a long to do list......

Lots to straighten out, will be next year when we move in, no point rushing and we're now making plans to be in the village at Xmas & New Year :xmastree:

Funnily enough KC just written anti-mould spray on my shopping list - will race you :rotfl:.

Well, thank goodness that weekend is over . Bowls Sat am, then all onto lunch. Quick rest then off to village to watch El Clasico (Real Madrid 0 Barcelona 4, not good as ours is a RM village :(). Yesterday the 'WAGS' went to local market while men played golf, met up for lunch, 30 minute turnaround then off to watch local village team win :(:( - :D:D:D:D away from home (that's the team colours as well!). Back to village bar to cheer the owner's son who was their star player, turned into a fun night. I seem to have agreed to arrange an El Gordo syndicate for our group - oops :o.

Thank goodness there's no work today, we need a rest :rotfl:.

In money news :o, was an action packed weekend but did not actually cost very much :T.

Sounds fantastic :j:j:j I love the idea of your village being RM supporters - I got quite used to the Spanish First Div at one stage, I'd m.b. the top two English leagues, the Scottish first div and the Spanish first div - feels like home

Had an email from solicitors mentioning 'next Wednesday' - hoping it's a language thing! By the time I saw it they'd gone for the day :(.

Fortunately 'next Wednesday' means 'this Wednesday' :D. Final figures for payment received, money paid to solicitor (eventually, did on-line and couldn't work out what was wrong, guessed in the end I needed to pay in transactions of less than €10,000). Picking up cheques for main amount of transfer, plus estate agents and their solicitors fees (we pay them and knock off our payments to make sure they are done!) in the morning :T.

Should probably sort out house insurance :o.

    Have got another cold coming.

Nope - it's not insulting! It's what they say! Jesus for 1, Jesus y Maria for 2 and Jesus Maria y Jose for 3. Hope you get better quickly.
