:T Well done GG :beer:0

So, filled in mortgage free roll of honour, linked to first diary in 2008  and decided to have a trawl through it.
Highlights from 2008:- Won £78 at bookies from mystery shop

- Won a camera from a comp I entered while doing another mystery shop
. Sold for over £200
- Aw I miss Stuart GMC and FB

- "WHY AM I THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS HOUSE WHO KNOWS HOW TO CHANGE A TOILET ROLL " :rotfl:
- I did a LOT of mystery shopping
- Bought Juliet Bravo car whom I loved for 6 years till someone ran into her and killed her

- Got excited about mortgage rate being cut to 3.99% - we ended up over 2% lower than that!
- "I have also won a replica of HMS Victory (I need to check it's not a lifesize model )" :rotfl:
- Both of Mr GG's closest friends were very ill but gladly are still with us

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

PS yay for new spreadsheets
a penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library0 -

As I'm trying to stay awake to watch the meteor shower:
2009 Highlights:- "Euro up to €1.12, lets have some wine & nuts to celebrate _party_ ." Hmmmm, that puts a bit of perspective on the current rate
. - Interest rate down to 1.49% - that didn't take long to drop 2+%!
- February - "Interesting article in Times Money today, things may be on the up for savings rates & Saffron & First Direct are both offering 7% fixed rate regular saver cash ISA's.":eek::eek:
- Went to NY and went in a jellycopter

- "So, much to my incredulity, things are still on track to pay off mortgage #1 by end of Aug 2011, and all 3 mortgages by end of Aug 2016 :T" - called that one right :j
- :rotfl:Mr GG & I had a serious fall out and subsequent make-up, reported as:

- Bought nice bedroom furniture for DS and spare room - and DD now has spare room furniture which looks fab :T.
- Musings - " More importantly, are interest rates likely to rise by 1.51% in the next year? Probably not, but likely to be on the rise by then." :rotfl:
- Again, lots of mystery shopping, also ebay action. Well done me, I was a little grafter :T.
- Em, I appear to have gone to Spain six times :rotfl:, plus the Canaries and NY

- "OH was successful at interview for job he has been doing for several months, but has now had phone call to say job no longer exists" - I have zero recollection of this
. - "Work a bit yuk at the mo, may be drafted back into old job for a while _pale_. Which will serve me right for moaning about the problems in that dept.

" - wtch this space for 2010! - Ventured onto savings board, came back and reported "Made me appreciate what a lovely, friendly board this is so thanks peeps" - nothing has changed :T
- TallGirl appeared :T
