I've pledged to myself that I'll do it in June, if I'm going to do it.Double_Trouble wrote: »Yeah to double glazing and that they are coming to sort the carpet and double yeah to having a friend visit although examining each other's websites sounds a bit naughty I hope you behaved yourself young lady

Right, I'm putting my blog as my homepage on here ... so anyone who goes to my profile can find it. Gulp.
Yesterday was a little stressful - we had a walk in the morning, but had to keep one eye on the clock, then a couple of hours work, then waiting for the double glazer, who didn't turn up until my client was arriving so couldn't do the work he was booked to do.
I'm off out today, fairly soon anyway  to try to move things forward a bit - woodfiller that can be used between floorboards, a curtain from Wilkos to complete the set for the porch, an offcut of lino if I can, also for the porch, and please god I can find some cheap cargo pants in M&S - with my usual ones in the wash, the only thing I have to wear thats summer weight is my decorating jeans.... what do you mean, wear some of those skirts  seriously :rotfl: I can't wear a skirt to trek about all day, I can't, my brain would explode

The more you practice, the easier it becomes..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

M&S have lots of cargos in at the moment, full length and cropped. I must admit I'm more into the capri trousers/cropped trousers, but it depends on what you want them for and the look you want. I do think the capri ones can look quite dressy if you want them too, but then you can have them more casual with a t-shirt too. Hope you find what you want.0 -
Well done for putting it on KC - in all senses.
