Very nice, very sweet - can't say more than that, the one who's *really* goodlooking would make me not so much a cougar, more a baby snatcher!

Hey ho, another day dawns - thats how I feel at the mo ... double glazing is all done and lovely, but a couple of hours after they left (just before I started my paid work at 6.30!) found out that the internal step thats just been installed has been installed *over* some carpet. Carpet thats being replaced next week .... I was here the whole time, the guy had a common sense bypass .... it really took the shine off my enjoyment of it, now I have to phone and struggle. He really worked hard for me too - the solid panel in the bottom of the door had a pattern on it, which was *not* what I asked for, and he drove back to base to change it for the right one. Then he goes and does this .... it'll be put right, I just felt quite down about it.

And today I have *loads* of paid work - I'd been thinking of going to Sainsbo this morning, but no chance .... just fiddling with things and getting ready ...

  • Sorry it didn't end up as you imagined. At least you know they will come back and sort it. I would expect that they will be as upset about it as you are.

I am, thanks! Just had a look at it too - I'm going to be glued to the tv when that documentary is on next Monday, no answering the phone or anything :D

Thanks! I hope thats the reaction I get. Still haven't made the phone call. Paid work possibly starts as early as 11.45, I *must* do that phone call now so I can do it and put it behind me.

  • Definately, you don't want it to become one of these frogs everyone seems to be going on about!
