    *Waves to Wol & piggies*

Hope you're having a nice relaxing day today KC with lots of pottering. I have decided to do exactly that myself today, and have given myself a stern talking to for feeling guilty about not doing all the masses of "stuff" that I feel I should be turning my attention to! :o

Wol brought two! Maple, who kept looking at me soulfully (and weed on me :) ) and Willow, who was much more timid. Sadly, my over-exertion yesterday was still affecting me today, and I was sagging a bit [strike]quite a lot[/strike] by the time we finished lunch :( so she didn't stay very long. Speed the day when I can have a normal day. Still, even in the time we had, Wol could see the progress thats been made, which was nice. I can still remember my panic the day I moved in, that the place was completely wrong, and the way Wol saved me from myself :kisses3:

Obviously, I'm doing nothing at all for the rest of today!

KC - the house is really looking good...there's been so much progress.. your use of the space to suit your needs and all the personal touches you have put in makes it now YOUR home and a part of you. I love the quiet corner......and the new cloakroom installation is very impressive. The kitchen is also looking much better (and brighter) with the white walls.

Maple thanks you for all the lovely cuddles and would like to apologise for his lack of bladder control :o....(I'm just thankful it wasn;t as much as when Pebble peed on Lula. ) He hopes it won;t prevent him from receiving another invitation and he promises to give you some piggy kisses next time :kisses3:

I had a lovely afternoon, thank you so much for a yummy lunch and, having seen your transformation with the house, felt quite motivated when I left to "get my own act moving".

Hope you have a relaxing rest of the day.....

Aw, thanks sweetie! For bringing them over and for your comments. When I get well, it will be lovely to be able to visit, and to do stuff together - I know you practically live *in* the countryside, but I'm thinking country walks here, as well as window shopping in glamourous Crawley :)

    Here's to the next time.

That is Soooo spooky..great minds and all that....:T:T

As I drove home i was thinking perhaps we should plan this year to have a regular "trip/walk/exploration" somewhere local that we would mutually like to visit and take it in turns to nominate....(I was driving past Chailey windmill, the Bluebell railway, Sheffield Park gardens, an intriging "global village shopping emporuim in the midst of nowehere"....and The CPL National Cat Protection Centre at the time...if any of those take your fancy :D)

Hmmmm it's got the shops for sure.....but not so sure about finding any "glamour" in Crawley :rotfl::rotfl:

Yay! go us! And yes to any and all of that :)

I guess the best Crawley does for glamour is La Senza? Though its hard to be glamourous under strip lighting, sigh ....

I did nothing whatsoever for the rest of yesterday, except stuffing my face with the sweet that was meant for both of us :D at least I did it in two goes :rotfl:

Today, I'm more or less okay, though I woke up so early I definitely need to nap orI'll have health problems again - not getting enough sleep might be part of my problem, actually. Though what I did was rearrange some of the books - it was light, and could be abandoned whenever I felt I could go back to bed (tho I never did). And it was helpful - I *hate* not having my books available to me - I found one on composting, for instance, a whole book about it :rotfl: it was fascinating in a horrendous sort of way :rotfl:

    Morning KC!

That nap idea sounds wonderful - both OH & I are absolutely shattered - slept through right up until 10 and going back for more sounds sooooooooooo inviting.

So all I've done today is cut up veggies for pizza, tidied up the kitchen, mooched about on 'tinternet & thought a lot about doing some planning & organizing.

Think I'll put the kettle on for another cuppa...

wonder if the caffeine will help the energy levels???

just do what feels right for you each day - whether loads or nothing at all.....can't go far wrong then!

Its when we try and do more because either we expect it of ourselves or think that others expect if of ourselves that we start to drain ourselves of our precious energy resources. I for one am starting to listen to myself a bit more and feel so much better for it!

    have a good day x

    Morning (just) KC,

hope you have lovely sunny weather over your way & manage to get outside in it for just a few minutes.

I'm just watching a family of foxes in the field at the back of the nursery. they have a huge compost heap ( higher than the tractor next to it) & the cubs are sitting halfway up the heap - must be lovely & warm :D

    Enjoy your day
    xx
