Oh dear, oh dear....
Money disasters, hubbys car cost £336 last month to have the aircon fixed, now there is a problem with the clutch and the quote is 'around £600', he didn't ask if this included the VAT or not:eek::eek:. It is booked in for Thursday so we will soon find out:mad:
I have also spent money on a new outfit, we have a wedding, 40th birthday party, a leaving do and another party to attend over the next month:eek::eek:. As you are all aware I don't do dressing up, so this is a bit of a nightmare for me. I actually ordered a pair of shoes from Dune for £65..rediculous I know...but I coldn't find anything suitable elsewhere:o So top £40, trousers £22, shoes £65; hubby bought a new shirt for £25:rotfl:
My house looks like a tip (again!) but I just cannot get motivated:(
I really must do some ironing today..else I will have to go to work with just my shoes n socks on:eek:
Big hugs to you all.

Sorry to hear about your Mum. It must be awful for you seeing her like that. I can't imagine it as I've never gone through it myself but come across it a lot in my old line of work. I think the best way to deal with it is to laugh about the funny little things.
It made me giggle about the MS job. I bet the hand on the shoulder man went home and told his family all about it. I hope you got paid a lot for it.. what if someone there actually knew you! The shame of being a cheat.:D
Bad news about the car.I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Have a big squishy hug
I didn't feel motivated today and I was at work oops. If you do have to go to work in your shoes and socks hope you will be wearing your new fab shoes
Have you heard anything from the hospital about an appointment for your Mum, hope she has been a bit better of lateMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

£65 shoes from Dune, bet it's these. Dune have lovely shoes :T
Car bill sucks
Good luck with ironing , do you still have cleaner?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

:rotfl:Blooming ek GG i would break my neck in those! Also they don't look very robust for a larger lady to clomp on! Mine are 'Rush T Bar' in black.
Mum has not had an appointment through yet, she is on holiday with my Dad at the moment....to coin a favourite phrase of his at the moment....'sometimes theres more bloody people on holiday with us than I know what to do with!'. She is coping ok though.
GG I got rid of the cleaner to save money a few months back now..hence the messy house, when she was coming I HAD to tidy up....now...I don't!:rotfl:
On a cheery note I have lovely turquoise toe nails at the moment:D
