Hi Mummy / all - yes am still here skulking about lol. Keep meaning to update and then forget or get distracted.
Not much to report managed to go into overdraft by £35 this month which is good roll on pay day tomorrow. Just on with doing my meal planner so i can go shopping in the morning - my kitchen is empty. I am planning to pop back over to the old style board as they have some fab ideas. I am also going to pop to the voucher section and see if there are any good money off coupons to use tomorrow.
Managed to lost 6 items on ebay and have another 5 to go on at the weekend but only one item selling boo - hope a few other bids go in later on.
Am on top of dreaded ironing and pretty much most of cleaning but really struggle on a weekend as my lot are so messy and I hate all the mess they produce.
Might pop to Ikea this weekend and see if any bits on my list are in the sale - I desperately need some new seat pads for my dining room chairs as mine are on their last legs!:)

Evening all - hope everyone is enjoying there weekend!
Can't believe we are nearly at the summer holidays already eek! Me and the kids have started a list of lots of nice (cheap/low spend) things we are going to do during the holidays. Out of DH july pay am going to keep some aside for little treats etc. We are also going camping for a week in August so am going to ebay and try and keep a little back for a couple of meals out and maybe the cinema. To be honest with the lovely weather the kids have just loved park, picnic and playing in the river - really simple things - which is good really:D
All bills are paid for the month made a slight calculation error in one account which will be £50 in the overdraft - not sure how I managed that one??? I have some cash in the house which must now last me to payday - fingers crossed.
Have had a really busy day today felt rather motivated this morning and cleaned and hoovered 2 bedrooms - it's amazing some of the things you find under the children's beds!! Sorted a few things for ebay and some items to go to charity.
I have had all the windows open and aired all the house out. The toys in the living room are all back in boxes and sorted neatly so am really hoping they stay that way for a bit at least.
Tomorrow I am going to try and list some bits on ebay and then I am going to do my meal planner and see if I can fit some overtime in at work before the kids break up.

Well not a NS day today spent £18 in town and got some bargains for the kids. 2 dresses for DD2 a UV ray protection suit for DS and myself a nice dress. I do feel a bit guilty but hardly ever go clothes shopping anymore as avoiding the shops means no spending money:D
DH made dinner today spending £5 on veg of which some is left over for tea tomorrow night, the rest we already had in cupboards and freezer.
Managed to list 8 items on ebay and have photographed the rest of my stuff for next week when hopefully I have shifted this lot.
Am struggling to get some overtime in but DH managed to get some so should bump up this pay. Out of it I owe my mu some, swimming lessons are to pay and need to keep some for hols. Am hoping the overtime will cover it all:D.
I must also remember out of augusts pay the kids will all need shoes and coats for going back to school - so that will amount to about £200 so will be keeping my eyes peeled for vouchers/sales etc.

Evening all - Thought I would post a quick catch up now little ones are in bed.
Things ticking over ok - this month is going to be really tight lol as DH got a rubbish pay and of course with the hols etc we need to pay out more. I also have swimming lessons to pay for which I will have to transfer out of my savings and then put back again when we have been paid end of August.
Have managed 2 no spend days but then window cleaner called and b
    lew my third day lol.
Trying to plan loads of low and no spend days and kids are enjoying them. We have a week booked away camping which I know the kids a
re excited about so may splash out and go to a local zoo or something.
Ebaying has ground to a halt but have a pile looming so must crack on really.
Apart from the above not much else to report - got a few bits for xmas and have been enjoying a nosy at the preparing for winter thread:D

    I know lol:D
Today has been a NS day! yey not a bean spent!
Seem to have very full freezers this month so am hoping for a small top up fresh fruit/milk shop soon and that;s all.
Got a few stocking filler bargains from Mr'T's this week so making a great dent in my shopping list and saving pennies also - Martin would be so proud;)
Sorted out my ebay pile today and have some nice bits to go on - am hoping to make at least £30 fingers crossed.
Found a coat which I have washed for DS which still fits and he can wear this winter so that's saved me some pennies and also found some gloves and hats from last year which I have washed and popped away for this winter. Going to keep my eyes peeled for some cheap gloves for kids now as they are always loosing them.:)

Well I must update my sig as i haven't been on here for a bit. I have listed loads on ebay and made £40 last week still waiting for 2 items to be pay for grrr.
Have loads of bits for the kids for xmas and have made a list so I don't forget what I have already bought:D
Meal planning going well and currently have a chicken casserole in the slow cooker - we are having a take away tomorrow night as a treat so looking forward to that!
Have a few little jobs to do but just chilling out really and having a quiet day:D
Ps - am waiting for a mortgage quote which may reduce the monthly payment by £40 - fingers crossed! Hope everyone is well!:)

Ahem - drum roll - please look at sig!:D:D:D
Well we have done it the dreaded credit card is gone - whoo hoooo.
That is now saving me £100 per month including interest of £25 and all our overtime so am really pleased it's gone.
Now part 2 of my challenge is to find out how much we owe on our loan and set up a new sig. I don't feel as guilty about this one as it was for a heating system for the house and has been worth every penny. So any over payments we have now will go off this. We can make unlimited over payments with no penalties:D
Have some figures on buying out of our interest rate so am pondering that at the moment.
My ebaying is going well have decided all the money I make is going towards a new bathroom carpet as it is awful. At least its going towards something of use for the house.
Well off to get the washing sorted - have a lovely weekend all¬:)
