F F, hope WW went well and you enjoyed your chicken! re the weight issues well I would never have put you at an 18 and I see ladies undressed every day! If you're unhappy though you MUST do something about it and you are so well done X
I hope people know what you do for a living or they'll think you're some kind of pervert :rotfl:
I could get away with a 16, but clothes would be tight and I'd look lumpy. Dressing for my shape helps I think...0 -
Yep always lady. And re the pervert......HA!'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Evening all
WW went well tonight - Palema weighed me before anyone else got there which really helped me out. It wasn't like I had pictured either. In my mind it was a room full of women standing up one at a time going "Hi, my name's flying_fresian and I'm addicted to cheesecake".
I have a lot of stuff to read through and it's quite a lot to take in at the moment. I plan to eat roughly what I would normally tomorrow/Friday and see what that works out to in points. That should then show me what I should be cutting out/substituting. I'm going to be helping Palema out every week which means I have no excuse for not going too
No MSE news today, although I have got around £2.70 coming from Quidco - WOOHOO :rotfl: - according to the email I got from them. I'm nearly back at 200 SB having redeemed another voucher this month. It really helps having had referrals from people, so thanks to all who were kind enough to ask me for my link.
I'm knackered today - I finished work early, got the bus home, ate the slow-cooked chicken (Yummy indeed) and then got a lift straight to the WW meeting, helped set up the room, did the meeting, packed the stuff up again and came home. I'm sooooo tired! Tomorrow I'm working from 8am again but have nothing planned for the evening apart from some cardmaking as a friend saw my cards thanks to a FB link and has put in an order. I need to play with the craft-stash I bought with my Ebay sales :rotfl::rotfl:
Best go to bed now, I'm up at quarter past six and the laptop is running out of juice. Night all!

Morning
Quick post as I forgot to put the hot water on and am shortly going to be running around trying to fit 40 minutes of morning stuff into 20
Money
PAD/Spends - £49
Entertainment - £48.25
Groceries - £235.96
I also have around £30 in my purse so the spending money pot isn't as bad as it looks.
I may need to go to the bank today as I normally get Reward payments on my two Reward accounts and my Ultimate Reward, but only received two. That means I'm £5 short - boooooo!
Nothing else to report really, just bone tired and regretting the amount of overtime I'm doing at the moment *yawn*

Well done on going to WW FF, walking through the door is always the hardest part. I've clerked for WW for 5 years now and it certainly helps keep me on track.0

I've downloaded a (not offical) app for calculating my points, which is very pretty and I like it a lot. I'm quite shocked by how much bread eats into my points. I love bread
I've been to the supermarket this lunchtime and have got myself a load of fruit, some WW soups and some WW snacks. I know it's a bit of a swizz, but it's easier to grab things with the points on the packet than to do maths sometimes!

Poundland has some WW snacks etc if that helps any? Not sure what the price of them is elsewhere... I like that the biscuits come already in a packet of 2 small biscuits (9x2 per box) as I manage not to eat the whole packet of them that way unlike normal biscuits!
Its the only way it's safe for me to have biscuits in my flat! :rotfl:
Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Hi F_F
Hope you didnt find WW too bad with Palema there to support you as leader you will be fine. I know it can be a bit of swizz sometimes. I always look out for the bargain WW stuff, when I think I need them. I sometimes buy a few ready meals when they on offer for £1 of course so that I can keep on track when really busy and I know I will be too tired to cook. The fact that you have a slow cooker will help you loads.
You will still be able to have a good time.Hope you are having a good day and not feeling too tired. x

I'l try and have a look the next time I'm in town. I don't think there's a Poundland nearer our side of town unless you can think of one? I'm willing to take any/all tips you can give - you're a weightloss guru now
You will still be able to have a good time.Hope you are having a good day and not feeling too tired. x
Well I already know that each Cosmopolitan I drink has 6 points in itAnyone know the points value of my favourite drink - French martini????
I'm blooming exhausted today. I'm in at eight again tomorrow morning, but then I have two lovely days off, so woo to that!

Glad you like it
Nothing much else to report here. I spent about £11 today in Morrisons, but now have loads of fruit and other things to snack on. I'm also thrilled to report that there are only two points in a Fab lolly, so I treated myself to one after workI've spent nothing else apart from that, which I'm quite pleased with. I've made two cards tonight as well as one of my friends asked me to do a personalised order for her. They've turned out ok, I think! I posted pics on FB but because it's getting dark they don't look as pretty so I'll post them on my usual corner of the internet in due course.
Off to bed now before I fall asleep in my chairNight folks!
