Hi F_F
dont beat yourself up hun. We all struggle with our weight from time to time. Its always been something I have had to watch. You will get lots of support no matter what you decide to do. Personally I love WW but know a few people who have lost weight on SW too. As for me I tried SW but it just didnt work for me. Everyone finds there way and what suits them best.
I am sure you will be fine and just going to help P out will help your mind set. I know helping out has kept me on track and I am 35lbs lighter than I was about 5 years ago.
I need to keep the weight down to keep playing netball at my age (47) I would have stopped ages ago otherwise as I have dickie knees
Well done on the OT tooyour hard work at money saving will help should you need to replace scrapy.
Catch you later hunxx

Good luck with WW F_F.
I so need to sort out my eating too since my weight lost has pretty much come to a grinding halt... I've only lost 1.6lbs in just over 2 months.Writing everything down in a food diary helps me no end but I hate doing it. (I use my fitness pal to keep my diary on though I set my calories at 1500 minimum as I just get too hungry below that.)
Did you manage to get any Olympics tickets? I've had no money taken so I guess I didn't get anything I applied for. Some were very long shots (opening ceremony :rotfl:) but it looks like I didn't even get the Fencing ones! I thought I'd at least get them - its not exactly the most popular of sports and the UK is terrible at it! :rotfl:Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Myself and my friend decided not to go for any Olympics tickets - we're going to go to Eurodisney instead :rotfl:
Nothing exciting to report here. I was exhausted last night when I got home so spent the night watching bad telly and was in bed for half ten for once.
This morning I've got some chicken leg quarters (99p for two from Aldi) in the slow cooker with some onions, potatoes, mixed veg, garlic, chopped tomatoes and chicken stock so hopefully I can just grab that before I meet Palema tonight.
Happy hump day to all0 -
Hi Fresian. We got no Olympic tickets despite applying for over £500 worth. It was obviously not meant to be. Think Hubby and I might be a bit old for Eurodisneyland. Will have to think up another idea for a holiday next year as were going to incorporate the Olympics with our holidays.0

I was getting the emails re the olympics but then decided not to even bother applying because we have been told all leave is cancelled for around that time and we wont know if we can have leave until much nearer the time, so will have to do with the TV as and when I can.
Eurodisney sounds like a god alternative to me.Just think of all the pennies you will have saved from not having to buy drinks etc at extortionate prices.
Hope you enjoy tonight sweetie.. any chicken left for mex
