I think the best plan is to get her rent money, account for the credit card bill and then put £100 into my ISA. The rest can be the decorating fund.
I've put all of this into my ISA and will use any money leftover from my bills account to get decorating supplies. I normally put £50 too much into that account so that I have wiggle-room in case one of my direct debits is higher than expected, so that should be doable. I may well put my PADs towards my credit card for the next couple of weeks to build up a little extra money for decorating too.

Have spent some of my Tesco vouchers this morning. I have bought £30 in Bella Italia vouchers for us on our next little trip away (York in June - can't wait!) and used £5 in vouchers to get £10 codes for Megabus for my trip to see Souk. I would normally get the train but I'm going to be skint for the next couple of months until I can up my overtime again, so it's the bus for me. I might have a spare £2.50 code once I've booked my seat, so if anyone wants it then PM me please0

I also bought another Groupon deal today (and from reading her thread I think that Palema bought the same one!) which gets two burgers, soups of the day and soft drinks for £12. Myself and Mr Fresian don't go out to eat very often so this is a nice reasonably priced way to spend some quality time together.
Hey F_F
That deal was too good to pass up - I have passed the place so many times, cheap way of trying it out!!
Also I meant what I said in my PM about WW meetings - Will be able to give you more info next week once I have had my assessment!

Morning all
Accounts looking decidedly ropey at Fresian Towers having spent £12 on that yummy Groupon deal yesterday I bought a haircut deal this morning for £12 through KGBDeals. They offer 15% Quidco though which has tracked already, which makes it even cheaper :j
Crafty Corner is working out well, as I was motivated by my lovely neat crafting area to make two new cards last night, more than I've done in quite a while!
The current state of affairs is:
PAD/Spends - £76
Entertainment - £55.45
Groceries - £236.54
My ISA is now over £1600, which I'm very pleased with. I'm trying hard not to touch the money as this is really my emergency fund, but as I still haven't seen to my wonky heating it might need to be used!
Better find my socks and get to work I suppose. Have a good day all

I am working for the rest of the week and on Saturday we're off to the football in Newcastle (Haway the lads and all that) so I suspect the bedroom will be in the same state for a week or two yet :rotfl:
It does make things easier when there's an incentive at the end.
Well as for me, the house is still in the same state and now on my second day off  I must do better. Going for a coffee with my lovely friend later.... but in the meantime, the house!!!!
Car needs washing too. May be I should stop find other things to do like being on here and crack on...well may be in a little while, need to catch up on here first:D
Well done on the savings too, thats brilliant.
Hope you found your socks and are having a steady day at work.

Did you get anything done FM or did you just have a relaxing day?
Work was fine yesterday but I think I'm coming down with a coldI paid £4.50 (!!) for some Sudafed which has helped a bit, but I can feel it festering...
I'm meant to be going to Newcastle tomorrow with Mr Fresian to go to the football, but if I'm still feeling bad I'm going to stay home *sob*
I had a lazy night last night - after going to vote I spent the evening colouring in images to prep for a cardmaking session this weekend and watching The Devil Wears PradaI'm planning on the same sort of evening tonight as I have slept really badly.
Hope everyone has a lovely Friday

Morning F_F
Hope your not feeling too bad this morning and that the Sudafed has kicked in. Hope feel well enough to go to the match tomorrowOu cant beat the atmosphere.:D
I did get a little bit done, mainly washing. Also sorted a few bits out for ebay. Lots more to find as its free listing weekend. I haven't been at it long but figure its a way to get rid of those bits and pieces and get some dosh to boot.
I will get some more things done to day promise. I am out at netball all day tomorrow and out in the evening so need to get sorted.
I think I will be relaxing night too....hmmm me thinks I have been doing that anyway ha ha

Morning all,
The football on Saturday was really good fun - we had a nice day for it (mostly) and the drive to the Toon went really well. Until Mr Fresian decided to give his mum the directions for parking and got us lost. The muppetWe won the game and then got to stop at Mr F's grandma's on the way home for a very tasty dinner.
Yesterday his mum called to say that she was in Edinburgh for the night on her way home and wanted to take us out for dinner. We had a very yummy Chinese courtesy of her which was a lovely surprise.
There are a whopping 14 days until payday (EEK!) and the finances are:
PAD/Spends - £50
Entertainment - £55.45
Groceries - £228.83 (Although there's money to come off that from the weekend spends)
Cash - £30
This isn't too bad, but I don't have enough in the PAD/Spends account for my liking. I still have transactions to come off my account from the weekend, so it will change a bit but not too drastically.
I bought a Groupon this morning that will get myself/Mr F a coffee and a bacon roll for £2 each when we're in York next month, so I'm on my way to feeding us every day with Groupons and vouchers :rotfl: We've got £30 in Pizza Express and another £30 in Bella Italia vouchers on the way, and I bought a Groupon for an Italian place there too :money:
My newly developed Crafty Corner is coming along really well - I've made more cards in the last week than in the last month!! I have blogged some of the cards - they're in the usual place
Hope everyone has a good week - don't let the Mondays get you

:rotfl::rotfl: Oops!
I think that the Mondays got me in the end as I had a rotten day at work - something that is likely to be happening a lot as due to illness within the department we don't have enough cover. It might translate into overtime though so every cloud and all that
I managed to chill out last night though by spending some Crafty Time and then watching GleeA lovely relaxed evening to have!
Better go now - took mince out last night to make chilli this morning but haven't done it yet and am about to get in the shower at my normal time. B*gger...
