    Nice one Erme :j

Yeah but £20 of that has to go to D for putting OS 10.4 on it...and because I was up for 3/4 of an hour middle of night I smoked 4 cigs ....so on with the reducing cigs now this am. Having had a good night's sleep I can move onto the next stage in reducing :money: I did the first reduction after I had a good night's sleep on Friday. That's all it takes :D...A good night's sleep and I can take on the world :j...

Was going to do it tomorrow but I figure if I just distract myself when the cravings get really bad it should be okay and use e-cig as much as I need to. I'm going to be home half the day as is so it should be okay :)... I just wish M wouldn't be so demanding re coffee out ...Just because he doesn't want to get debt free cos he has the bank of Dad doesn't mean I have to follow suit. I want to go to Mr S cos it's cheapest with the card (even without the card it's cheapest!!!) and he insists on going to costalot....or the new one that has just opened just down the road. But it's min £2.20 there for a coffee (and not that he has proper coffee....just a really milky latte ) and he'll want cake as well. So that's £5 on him and £2.20 on me (to be polite...I suppose I could make him feel really bad by just sitting there with tap water LOL)... whereas Mr S...filtered coffee no cake = £2 for the both of us (even without taking our own cups in :T) and that includes cream and like syrup...

The other day I gave him my revised budget (after new mobile contract) and he said 'you can't live on that - I mean £20 for food for one person is too little'....I'm like 'WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T LIVE ON THAT????' (sorry for shouting).....It takes into account home internet, utilities, phone (landline and mobile) and a coffee or two out each week.....what planet are you on ? (It came to about £60 minus cigs a week. I can post it if folk like? I can write the budgets oh so easily but find them harder to stick to :().... Some people who say they don't need DLA yet still try to have two to three take outs on JSA a week. It's a strange dichotomy..... Or Maybe he's just not ready to fully recover yet?...

I mean (here I go again ) he quit his pc course after about 3 weeks (one class a week) so he has no pc skills or very few....He's got psychotherapy coming up but I'm scared if they so much as say 'boo' to him he'll quit that. Moi? I stay on the NRT when trying to quit cigs long after I'm psychotic and don't smoke and only go back to the cigs cos I become a risk to self without them.....Hence I'm now using e-cig (3 days - half smokes - no psychosis :D). It's a farce - or is it just a toxic relationship and he stays in bed half the am cos he 'doesn't do mornings'

    sorry to rant

£10.09 from me today please jj divided between book balancing and credit union savings (which is temporarily designated as the What If? fund as I've raided the actual one to change the GG) :o:o

*Grabs hand and hangs on... :D

£80 for me, £40 each to the storecards.
I've been on the phone to my union for 32 minutes now listening to the phone ring - not even any 'your call will be answered shortly messages to placate me! As I'm ringing to leave them (don't agree with their methods) you can imagine that this will not help my mood if they make a fuss about things!
