Hoping to be back later with a bit more once I've sorted my banking out.

I hate time wasters on either freecycle or classifieds

I got an email late last night about the vacuum. They bartered me down over the phone :( when I said bartering had to be done face to face....then they didn't turn up when they said they would (even though they were just across the roundabout. Hardly far away!!!) so I phoned 25 mins later to be told she was 'eating her tea' - I'm like 'thanks for telling me - not'

If it don't rain it pours. Plus I'm now tired from a bad night's sleep. And it's raining (or it could just be the low air pressure) and I'm sitting wondering how I'll ever achieve my transition plans :(....I had 23 (or maybe 24) cigs yesterday..I had a load in the evening. At 4.30pm I was weepy so I had one. I guess I could just top up with nicotine spray at 0.5mg for one spray rather than a cig. What do folk reckon? If I did this I'd be off the cigs in next to no time. Cos it's mainly the fast acting nicotine I want more than anything. Not so much the taste..

However it's 8.30pm and I'm in utter zombie mode :p...have just set up the spreadsheet for this months counting. Not read my Bible in 2 days which is another concern. Just been too preoccupied...It may not sound a big thing if you're not religious but it's a big thing for me and part of am my am routine which is so important...

What's worse is that I would have gotten it read last night if it weren't for the time waster. The evening routine was going just nicely till that point. The boys even got out for a run :)...

And the bike has a puncture so that's a trip to Becycle - the community bike workshop - on Saturday. They'll help me repair it for free. I just have to find/buy a puncture repair kit. Beats the local bike shop hands down :)...

I would go today but I have appts (they are open wednesdays and Saturday pms. It was set up by a student about 5 years ago in her back yard. The premises are still owned by the Uni but it's a fab wee place. They loan bikes out to folk for £40 or £50 (cheaper for kiddies bikes) on a returnable deposit which you get back when you've finished with the bike. It's renewable on a yearly basis but I don't think you have to pay anymore per year. I don't know...

Anyone with any free time and a backyard it may be worth setting up?
