£83 for me today please Erme. Sorry to hear about the timewasters - people can be so inconsiderate.

I would use the nicotine spray rather than the cigs if you are trying to give up - if you think you would use less, then surely it makes sense and would be less harmful in the long run? (I've never smoked, so I might be talking complete rubbish here :o).

Hope you feel better soon anyway.

Wow we're over the £1000 mark already for this month :)...didn't notice how the pads soon mount up. Just noticed the odd 250 or 300 here and there.....and thought not a lot of it..

Spreadsheet sorted......E-cigs going well. Been to Dentist - have to go back next week to get crown stuck on again...

Off to get cheap lunch now and like then go for depot shot (don't want to go cos I have a busy day but need it so better)..

Pray the weather is better everywhere else is better than here. It's horrid here and cold however I refuse to put the heating on :)... Praise God for fleecy sleeping bag liners. ..They save a fortune in heating the bedroom :D

Thanks so much to everyone who has padded today. Almost missed the early risers though LOL...

So tired...missed pm nap..however cig transition is going really well today bathtime.gif. So far I will be at no. 10 cig next cigarette :).....yay....so pleased. Today I thought if I got to 2pm on 10 cigs I'd be doing well...completely bamboozled when I got to 4 and had only had 8....only snag is now my flat stinks of horrid grease....this calls for SOS air freshener and like SOS decent bubble bath (cheap £1 treats I figure part necessary)...it's at times like these when you wish you didn't have suspected anaemia and a flat tyre on the bike that wont' get fixed till the w/e

So yeah...well done all you padders big and small.....The greatest journey starts with the first step. Rome wasn't built in a day...baby steps :)

    Hugs
